Blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day due to factors like exercise, emotions, medications, cuff placement, and measurement position. For consistent readings, measure under the same conditions and wait at least 3 minutes between measurements.

Which arm should I use to measure and how tight should I fasten my cuff?

Use the same arm for consistent blood pressure readings. The cuff should fit loosely enough to slide your thumb under it. Please Note: We offer various sizes as spare parts. For different cuff sizes, reach out our support team.
