It Works Wonders for Me
I have added Great Lakes Collagen to my morning chai (tea) for over two years and I don’t want to live without it. My skin, hair, nails, connective tissues and gums are stronger and healthier than they were when I was young. I read recently that we should get 1/3 of our protein daily as collagen, since the unique amino acid combo is hard to obtain from plant food or meats, eggs and dairy. The amino acid Glycine is abundant in collagen, and is vitally important for many surprising reasons. It supports a calm mood and improved sleep through conversion to GABA. Vegans have no natural source of glycine in their diet which may explain why so many feel nervous and have impaired sleep. IMO, all of us would be healthier from adding a few scoops of collagen to our daily diet. This one is a great choice due to its quality and availability in a bulk size for value. I’m a subscriber.

I Love this product
I have been using this product for over a year now and love the results. I noticed my hair got stronger and better looking, also i dont know if its directly related to this product but i have a degenerative disc disease and always have back pain but since i have been using this product, i have not had as much back pain as before. Also i noticed that i sleep a little better at night.

Arrived on time. This is the unflavored and I love it! I mix the 2 scoops into my coffee (black). It dissolves fast , has no flavor and does not alter the flavor or thickness of my coffee. You canât tell itâs there. You can mix this in practicly anything and never have any bad flavor/texture issues

Product is good. The lower number of stars has to do with the new packaging. Storing the larger bag is problematic. Probably more cost effective, but lacks the ease of use of the prior container.

I have tried different collagen over the years and this is the best for me! I am 68 years young. I use 2 scoops in my morning coffee it has no flavor so it doesnât change the taste of coffee. People always complemented me on my hair and nails! It helps my joints and has amino acids that we need! Because I am on a fixed income I have run out of product. By the time I get my next shipment it will be 3 weeks not having I feel the difference but I will be okay! I could go into long drawn out explanation I will spare you. Itâs totally worth buying for your health and well being. Try it!!! We all have different body types! Do it for at least 3 months Iâm not saying it will take that long it didnât for me or my son. Worth it!!!
