I have been taking Goli Ashwagandha for about three week now and I simply love it. I order this product just because I have been stress alot and needed something natural that would help me with my stress level. And baby when I tell you this product does the job. I had been taking it by the dosages that is on bottle which is 2 gummies twice daily. I was relax all the way down, until I barley keep my eyes open. This dosage had me so drownes and sleeping. One night I slept for 10 hours and that was good for me. Now I’m taking one gummy in the morning and one gummy at night and it still works. The taste is wonderful, they taste more like candy to me. My calm days.
I will admit, I was skeptical at first. I have dealt with high anxiety at times for many years now but Iâve grown used to it and have learned to manage it faily well. Two months ago, I was dealing with a lot of stress and my anxiety was through the roof. I was a little desperate and stumbled upon these gummies since they were recommended. Thatâs when I heard about Ashwagandha. I did a little research and decided to give these gummies a chance. A few days later after taking two gummies a day, I started to notice that my days were calmer and I no longer felt as overwhelmed. Iâve kept eating two gummies per day since and my days feel a lot calmer. It is hard to explain but not feeling overwhelmed is so refreshing. I also want to note that I have tried to get adequate sleep, spend time outside to get sunlight, eat healthy things to get proper nutrition and stay somewhat active. DAMAGED GOOD. The vitamin gummies arrived in a crushed bottle and the protective seal inside the cap was already open. As a result, I canât get my money back or even a replacement, these gummies (and my money) will go to waste as I do not feel safe consuming this in case it was tampered with. Really unsatisfied.
