Works for weight loss for me
I know different things work for different people and this product works for me. I have been taking for four days. I am 65 years old, 175 lbs. Iâm more of a snacker and this product has suppressed my appetite. I no longer have the urge to snack just because itâs in the house. I take one tablet in the morning 1/2 hour before my protein bar and 1 tablet before my one meal a day. I know years ago I took Chromium Picolinate for weight loss and it helped greatly. This product contains Chromium Picolinate. I also should mention that normally only eat one meal a day around 11:30. So I normally fast after 2pm. Iâm not a big eater but have yo yo dieted for years and my metabolism is very slow. I highly recommend this product it may just work for you.

Big helping maintaining calorie deficit
I started taking this 3 months ago and notice a large difference in how much I eat. I have a high metabolism naturally and burn through my calories pretty quickly. I drive all day, do a physical job, and workout 5 times a week. I can eat to sustain my weight. But trying maintain a calorie deficit is near impossible.I normally take 2 pills when I wake up in the morning. Eat a 400 calorie breakfast. After that, Iâve noticed I can go pretty much untilDinner eating a couple of packs of mixed nuts and a granola bar. Even for dinner, I canât eat a large meal. Has worked pretty good so far.

May work for some but not all
I ordered this as an alternative to overpriced weight loss meds.I got as far as taking just one a day before breakfast and whether it was psychological or not, I did cut down on eating and portion sizes.They’re not too large in size, white in color.With that being said, a few days in I started getting headaches daily.I took them for almost 2 weeks then stopped. Headaches went away with medication.I’m not 100% sure that this product caused my headaches so I’m going to start them again and give them another try.Will update in a few weeks.
