I purchased a new GHD platinum plus iron and decided to get this spray for protection. It not only provides protection for your hair, but it leaves your hair so soft, so smooth, so shiny like you had your hair done at a salon. Nothing I spray in my hair has ever given me these results. I have tried many brands, low and high end and this is by far the best spray ever!!! I am always looking for super smooth straight hair. I have a lot of fine wavy frizzy hair. While it’s easy for me to achieve a straight look, it never looks super sleek straight and this spray does the trick!!!! I love the scent too.

I like this product and it helps the flat iron go through my hair easily and holds it into place well afterwards. Not sure what smell the others are talking about in their reviews but I think it’s fine, if anything, it smells like baby powder and that is not terribly unpleasent. Works that’s all I care about.

I don’t order this a lot because of the price, but it is the best heat protectant spray I’ve ever owned. It’s more like an aerosol and not a liquid, so it doesn’t make your hair wet right before using a flat iron or curler. It smells great too.

I think I was expecting more out of this from the price and everyone hyping it up all the time. Realistically, this is just like every other heat protectant spray, nothing special. I wanted there to be more shine and sleekness but there is not. It didn’t add shine to my hair at all and the ends of my hair still look a bit dry after using a straightener on it.It says you can use it on wet or dry hair but the product itself is so wet that if you have dry hair, well your hair is now wet and you have to wait for it to dry before using hot tools or just blow dry it again which is pretty annoying when you are in a rush to get out the door so ideally I think this is better used on wet hair as it feels like you are using a spray bottle of water on your hair.Overall I think it does the job but I am disappointed in the product on dry hair. I think I will stick to drybar sprays for that.

Literally so good. My hair has no signs of heat damage and for some reason if you use it on dirty hair and straightened your hair it looks clean! Smells so good aswell. It is a small bottle tho.

I was so disappointed in this heat protectant spray. First of all, it smells incredibly strong and like a man’s cologne. I’m not sure why this particular scent was chosen for a product predominantly used by women, but the smell is so overpowering that I used it once and never will again. I also found that my hair fell out sooner when curling it than it normally does after using this product.

Ich habe in den letzten Jahren gefühlt jedes Hitzeschutzprodukt getestet was es auf dem Markt gibt, bis ich -Gott sei Dank!! – zufällig auf das gestoÃen bin. Ich habe mir von GHD ein Glätteisen bestellt und bin dann auch über dieses Produkt gestolpert. Bei bisherigen Produkten fühlten sich die Haare nach besprühen an wie Stroh. Noch bevor es geglättet wurde. Produkte die die Haare weich machten, haben die Haare dann aber super schnell fetten lassen. Dieses Produkt hier ist für meine Haare perfekt. Es ist weder schnell fettend, noch habe ich Stroh auf dem Kopf. Sie fühlen sich nach dem Glätten perfekt an. Weich, aber nicht zu fusselig, fein. Der Zerstäuber macht seine Arbeit gut, es ist nicht zu nass, sondern erzeugt eher Nebel als einen Strahl. Der Geruch ist toll, verfliegt aber leider über den Tag. Wie gut das Spray tatsächlich schützt, im Vergleich ohne Spray, lässt sich schwer einschätzen. Nach dem Urteil meiner Friseurin sind meine Haare aber nicht kaputter als vorher. 🙂 Ich glätte die Haare in der Regel alle drei Tage.Ich mag nicht mehr auf das Spray verzichten und hoffe sehr, dass GHD es noch lange im Sortiment behält.
