This is my little lifesaver.I had no idea just how badly deficient I was until I gave into a TikTok video about anemia and now I’m changed forever.It’s an acquired taste, that’s for sure.But seeing as I’m on my second bottle, it’s easy to swallow – even palatable after a while.Just chase with orange juice or water and you’ll be good.I also learned not to take it with coffee, or any other caffeinated beverage for at least an hour after you’ve taken the supplement.Something about potency and the caffeine lessening absorption .NOTICE: I recommend taking this at night, because it may wreak havoc on a sensitive new stomach.Nothing crazy, but it did give me an unpleasant nauseous feeling for about a week before I switched to nights.Besides that, my fatigue has decreased so much it’s like night and day.I no longer bruise at the slightest touch, and I have noticed my hair is actually coming back. I’m actually embarrassed I waited this long to treat my body right. Please, do yourself a favor and try this out!100/100

My 2nd time purchasing. still Taste terrible but you get used to it. I still drink some water right after. Big size. Lasts for around 25 days. No side effects. I can defenitely say I don’t feel tired like I used to. Excellent quality. Helps sleep quality. Easy mixabilaty. I recommend.

Strong taste but potent
Iâm almost finished with my 1st bottle and here are my thoughts/results:The taste is very strong and can be hard to stomach for most. The reason for this is the brewers yeast thatâs in this. When I first smelled it, it smelled stinky but familiar and when I saw brewers yeast on the label thatâs when it clicked. I used to give my dogs brewers yeast supplements and that is the exact smell. Iâve learned to deal with this by pouring the 15ml into the measuring cap and adding water to the rest of it. I have 30 ml cups I use. Throw it back quickly and then vigorously rinse my mouth out with a cap of water twice. Then, I gargle and swish to finish removing all presence of the taste out my mouth. You can try brushing your teeth after to really get it out.Ok, so taste aside, I feel like my energy levels have definitely improved as I have problems with my b-12, vitamin d levels and iron. The end of this week will be 4 weeks for me. I canât say anything about hair and nail growth, which prompted me to try it as it takes a long time for a supplement to work on that level, but I definitely feel different in a good way. My joints donât ache as much and my mood has improved. Vitamin deficiency can play a role in mood and I noticed a difference. I donât sleep any better, it seems like I canât go to sleep like I want to. Iâm staying up longer, starting this past week. I still take a vitamin d3 supplement in conjunction with this so I donât know if this affected my energy as well.This is my first liquid vitamin and I think that made a huge difference in my absorption of the vitamins. I have problems with malabsorption due to digestive issues which caused my deficiencies. The liquid seemed to work better than the gummy and sublingual vitamins I take. Iâm going to finish this bottle but due to the taste, Iâm going to try the geritol pills and see if I have the same results. I donât know what else I could mix this with to cover the smell/taste. Good value for your money, just wish it tasted betterSidenote: Brewers yeast can cause an increase in appetite, it does for me, so be mindful of the time of day you take it to avoid being hungry. I take it early in the evening so Iâm asleep and donât notice it. I rather wake up hungry than go to bed hungry.

The taste is actually surprisingly sweet and easy to handle once you get past the scent.What really stands out is the energy boost. I feel more alert and less sluggish throughout the day, especially during that afternoon slump. Itâs been great for giving me that extra push when I need it most.If you can get past the smell, itâs absolutely worth it for the results!

I’ve been taking this for years. Sometimes I take a break from it until I realize I’m super exhausted, start experiencing headaches, long heavy cycles and my hair feels extra dry and breaks easily. Those to me are key signs that my iron is low. I take this for three days and instantly I feel normal again. (Don’t stop at the days just give it three days to see the difference in your body) It takes some time for my hair to regulate but everything else goes back to normal almost instantly. Geritol is great for iron as well as B vitamins. I see people complain about the taste but after years of taking this the taste doesn’t bother me… Even if it did, the way it makes me feel so amazing I wouldn’t stop taking it just because it doesn’t taste like candy. I take a capful a day and drink lemon water to help with the absorption of iron. It’s works 100% for me. Very easy and effective

Women need an iron supplement. This has done so much for me. My energy levels have increased and I am no longer suffering a mid day crash. Sleeping throughout the night, hair and nails are much stronger and focus is amazing. It tastes like death, so I mix it in with pineapple juice which helps a lot. Great product. I would suggest ordering two bottles at a time so you donât run out while waiting for next delivery. Iâm in Australia and it takes approx two weeks to arrive each time.
