More energy!
I must have been lacking in iron. Day three of taking these. Only started with 2 of them. By far thatâs all I need. I have had more energy and sleeping better. The taste is a little funky but doable. So far I think this is a good value.

Itâs really not bad like the other review says.
I donât know what everyone is whining about. Theyâre vitamins. They do taste a tad iron-y but itâs a vitamin. Youâre taking it for your health, not to snack on. If you want a sweet candy gummy, go buy some gummy bears. I will ONLY take garden of life vitamins because theyâre top quality and fermented for better bioavailability. I was taking their womenâs multi capsule but I wanted to try the gummies and theyâre not bad. Theyâre a tad sweet like a gummy. I have very sensitive taste buds and these really arenât bad. Would a kid take them? Probably not because they have the tastebuds of a child but these arenât for kids – theyâre womenâs vitamins. I give them a five star and a thumbs up. 10/10 will buy again.

Flavor…
The flavor and texture are not my favorite. It’s chalky and strong and not the chewiest. Chose it for the vitamin content and ingredients like iron but i can’t eat 3 of these. It did motivate me to drink smoothies everyday so that I can take it blended into my smoothie. The flavor of these completely take over any combination of fruit or juices in a smoothie but it’s more palatable. Still 4 stars for the ingredients.

Absolutely vile
This was absolutely rancid. I smelled it and thought ânot great but itâs vitamins, just consume itâ and so I threw one in my mouth and chewed and it tasted bad. BAD. Like it had gone bad. Or I was eating rotten meat. I reviewed the reviews and thought âsome people are just too picky, plenty like it.â But nope. I donât know how a single person could eat this without spitting it up or vomiting. I dont even think I could eat this if it cured me from cancer. Itâs absolutely vile. Stay away.

I really wanted to like these – made me nauseous!
I was excited to try these because Iâm anemic and pills get stuck in my throat so I love gummy vitamins. Although they do taste rusty, it didnât bother me much because health foods sometimes taste like crap. However I noticed both days I took them, I felt nausea within a few hours and felt like I was going to throw up and I never get nauseous. Thought it was something I ate, but I finally realized these were common denominator. My sister recommended them to me and she loves them health wise so oh wellâ¦.you win some, you lose some. I do like the non iron ones though!! Also, my seal was broken too upon arrival.
