I picked this up mainly for travel, but Iâve ended up using it almost every day. Itâs super compact and lightweight, but still gives a really nice, close shave. Perfect for quick touch-ups or when I donât feel like using my full-size razor.Battery life has been great so far, and I love that it charges with USB-C. This compact shaver feels pretty powerful and delivers a shave on par with most other foil shavers. Also, like most foil shavers, it is more effective with shorter hair than longer growth.The build of the shaver feels pretty good. It is chrome-coloured and fully plastic but feels solid with a bit of heft and no creaking anywhere. The chrome finish is definitely a fingerprint magnet, however, and can be a little slippery when wet.The lid attaches magnetically with a satisfying snap. The foils attach via spring-loaded clips at the side and feel secure when in place. The shaver is waterproof, so cleanup is a breeze afterwards as it can just be run under the tap.The cutting head has a fairly standard design with 2 foils and a cutter in between them for longer hair. All of these are spring-loaded and have some movement up and down to follow the contours of your skin better and to help avoid excessive pressure.Its size makes it great for travel as it doesnât take up much room at all. Hair stylists/barbers may like it as well for cleaning up fades, etc., as its compact size makes it convenient for handling and easy to see where youâre cutting. I like to grip it with the bottom in the palm of my hand and my fingers and thumbs right near the top on each side of the foils. I find this gives good control and accuracy for more precise areas like trimming close to sideburns, under the nose, around the hairline on your neck, etc.The shaver is rechargeable via USB-C and comes with a charging cable as well as a small cleaning brush. The battery life appears to be pretty good, with a full shave only taking about 4 or 5 % off the battery. When powered on, the battery is displayed on the face of the unit as a percentage out of 100. I always appreciate displays that show a precise battery percentage like this as opposed to some that just show increments with a few LED bars, etc.The shaver also has a âlockâ feature, which you activate/deactivate by holding the power button down for 3 seconds. This prevents the shaver from being accidentally turned on if the power button should get bumped while in a bag, etc.Like others have mentioned, it appears finding replacement foils and cutters may be difficult. This obviously isnât a very common brand, and I wasnât able to find any replacements myself either after searching on Amazon and Google. That is definitely a consideration as these are consumable parts that dull and wear with time, like with any electric shaver. No replacement foils/cutters essentially turns this into a disposable product once they wear out.Overall, this is a pretty impressive little shaver at a fair price that delivers good performance despite its compact size.

I have always used an electric shaver – I like the shave quality I get, easy of use and the energy savings over a standard wet shave.My standard razor at present, is a three rotating disc system, that also has a small, flip-up trimmer build into the body. I find it fast and easy. This razor by Walumen is rather similar, in terms of easy to use and providing a decent quality of shave. But it will remain a good travel razor because of its size and efficient use of the battery energy it stores inside. I don’t have to worry about extra cables and charging blocks. I just need to pack the razor and go.I like the “three second” press to get the unit to start, which could help to prevent a total discharge when traveling. I like the magnetic top that covers the shaver heads – smart idea. However, for my hands, I would much prefer a heavy grip of some sort, rather than the very pretty smooth sliver look.I found both the noise level and the vibration to be acceptable. It’s not overly loud for a oscillating cutter head unit over a rotary model, and for some reason, the vibration is rather low, too.I like the three cutting heads. The outside two have a high degree of flex and pivot from the centre point of each blade, a bit more than the centre cutting head. I could be wrong, but it seems and feels to me, that the outside blades have more movement available than the single inside one.The razor looks so good, it could be in a science-fiction movie! Sleek, modern look with no visable seams, except for the top cap, and the small charging port. And when you do start it up, the information shows through the finish. Brilliant! No post special effects needed here – it does all the magic by itself!The shave quality is fine. Is it the best I have ever had? No. The worst? No again. It’s a decent shave, it’s quick and fast, and I can get multiple shaves on a single charge.Bottom Line – A real looker! Sleek and very modern! A good shave, but without any kind of trimmer. The lack of replacement blades might not be an issue for me, because when that time comes, the battery will probably be done, too. It will be new razor time, once again.

This is a great addition to have when travelling. The razor is compact and sleek. The size of the razor is about the palm of an adult mans hand. I also have a few-year-old brand-named foil razor at home for regular shaves and this cuts just as close.The one downside I see is that the “play” on the foil seems to allow for some snagging if you plan on growing your stubble for a couple days. This happens with my other foil razor too, but this seems to allow for it to happen a bit more. However, if you plan on shaving every day it shouldn’t be a problem.It comes with a USB to USB-C charging cord so is pretty universal which is nice. It also has a lock mechanism which requires a 3-second hold of the power button to unlock which is great for travel since this will likely be packed with other toiletries in a duffel bag or suitcase.Overall its a decent unit, I would try and wait for a sale to get it.

I have been using this as my primary razor now for about 5 days. I normally use a rotary razor that has 3 round heads on it and I have never used a foil razor before. I tried using it dry but it felt like it was pulling at my hairs. THe next morning I used my shaving cream and lathered up my face and the shave went great! I feel like you go with the grain first to get the longer stuff then against the grain to get a little closer. But you won’t get everything in one pass you will have to go up and down a few times.The good and the bad:BAD: This thing is impossible to hold onto when it is wet!! Seriously it’s so slick and very easy to drop with shaving lather all over your hands. The finish of the case attracts fingerprints. When you take the head off the razor it is really easy to knock of the spring mech that holds the shaves in and they go flying. I found it hard to find any kind of replacement parts for this. Does not mean there is not any, I could just not find any. So that’s the bad..The GoodI changed this to 100% and have used it 5 times and each time is about 5% usage. I have a very light beard so I can imagine a thick beard might take 10-15%. Its USB C, thank you so much for making this USB C to charge it. Its got a really nice status screen so you can see the percentage left in the battery so you know how close to empty you are getting which is so much better than 3-5 lights which most electric razors give you. I use it in the water to rinse off in the shower. it’s not waterproof but you can clean it off in water in the shower. THis is the first electric razor that can get the hairs right at the edge of my lips in the corner and the hairs right under my nose.. even my flat razor has issues being consistent here!This is going into my travel kit as my travel razor now! It might even replace my primary razor! If anything changes Ill come back to update my review!
