Great for perimenopause

Reduction In Frequency Of Night Sweats
I have been using these capsules for about two weeks now, and I have already noticed a reduction in the frequency of my night sweats, which is encouraging. The capsules are also very easy to swallow; they have no taste and are small in size, making them convenient to take. Although my experience is still limited to just under two weeks, I feel optimistic about the potential benefits. Easy to take, established ingredients
Before ordering this Triple Action Menopause Botanicals Plus Probiotic by Florajen, I did a little research. As it turns out, all of the ingredients in this supplement are widely used for this sort of remedy, and they are thought to be somewhat effective.Since my hot flashes happen mostly at night, I have been taking one of these pills after dinner for about a week now. I also suffer from IBS and hoped that the berberine HCL would help with that. I’ve no idea if I’m having a placebo effect, but it seems as if the hot flashes have been getting milder. Normally they are so intense that they wake me up in the middle of the night, but I have not woken up with one since I started taking this. As far as gut health, I cannot attest to any improvement so far, but hopefully given more time these pills will help with that as well.So far I am pleasantly surprised by this supplement. It seems to be alleviating my hot flashes and I’ve noticed no negative side effects from taking it. I also like that this company has been around for many years, so I can feel confident with the ingredients and dosage. Currently this menopause supplement pack is selling at $19.97, and if it accomplishes what I hope it will, I will consider that money well spent.

Good product so far.
I take a lot of supplements. I know what works for me, so while I won’t tell you what you should take, I can say I haven’t had any ill effects. The product seems to be a good mix of natural ingredients. I don’t have much issue with menopause symptoms but the probiotic is a good reason, if no other, for me to take it. I do like the all natural option without any weird, unpronounceable garbage in it.

Diminished my overall body temperature
It’s rare for me to find a product for menopausal issues that doesn’t overdo the strength. I’ve discovered, at least in my case, that too much of any specific active ingredient can actually make hot flashes worse rather then better. I used all of it and found that by taking it once a day, midday as directed, that I had a cooler overall body temperature than usual in the afternoons. That was the most noticeable result for me.
