IT WORKS!!
This stuff works! For me.I read all the comments before I purchased and for me the most part they were all the same. No one really said they felt they had less of an appetite, and I donât remember anyone saying anything about it helping them feel less bloated. Almost every review talked about the mixture of powder to water which is 4 teaspoons saying it will be gone in about a week or so if taken everyday (something like that).This product not only tastes great, it mixes well, it definitely works quickly for me when I feel bloated so my stomach is not upset, AND it has definitely worked as an appetite suppressant because I do not feel hungry. And Iâm not sure about anyone else but OMG, it has me running to the bathroom throughout the day so I definitely canât just take this anytime I want.I have only been taking it for about a week so I will see if this is how it continues to work for me. And remember this is just MY experience, everyoneâs body is different. But I truly hope it works for everyone the way it has been for me. And HUM just came out with a new pineapple passion fruit flavor!

Not great bad side effects
I really wanted to love this stuff. I work out 4 to 5 days a week and I’ve hit a plateau recently, unfortunately. I thought I’d give this supplement a try after seeing such good reviews. But, boy was I wrong. I don’t have a particularly sensitive stomach. I went through one whole container at the recommended dosage and timeline and noticed it was making me have some pretty bad stomach pain and was making me even more bloated, not less. I know it can take a couple weeks for your body to adjust. So, I bought a second container after running out thinking it was maybe something I had eaten wasnt agreeing or perhaps my body was still getting used to it. After the first use of the second container, the pain in my lower abdomen/stomach was back again and this time much more severe. I completely stopped using it after that. It’s been about 3 days since I quit taking this supplement and my stomach pain has almost completely subsided. I’m so disappointed. Now I have a full container I’ll never use. For how much this stuff costs I’d say it’s a total rip off and it completely destroyed my gut health. Please buy with caution.

Meh could be better
So i really wanted to love this. The taste is great and does suppress some appetite, it in return caused me horrible horrible gas that wouldn’t go away even with meds, and bloating. Felt opposite of what it was suppose to do and expensive for just few servingsDissolves easily:Mixes easy

Worth a try
I haven’t had a chance to take this long enough to see actual weight loss, that takes time. But I will say that it has helped me eat less and feel fuller. Is it a one to one replacement for a GLP-1….absolutely not lol. But I can see the benefit of this if a GLP-1 isn’t an option. It dissolves easily and mixed well enough and the texture wasn’t super gritty. Flavor was yummy. I do think it’s a little pricey though and I don’t know if, personally for me, it’s sustainable to keep using. It’s worth trying for a bit longer though to see what results I have.

Effective for digestive health
I really enjoyed how this made me feel when I was using it consistently. I stopped for a few days while I traveled and regretted it, as I felt a noticeable difference in my digestion and bloating. The taste is very good and I looked forward to drinking it. There was no grittiness and it dissolved well. Tastes great!
So far, I like the product. Love the taste, a bit expensive but it works for suppressing my appetite. Takes a while to mix but I find it dissolves better if I add the powder first, water then ice. Wish it came in a larger size for the same price. I may cut the dose in half to see if it works and I can stretch it out so I don’t have to order so often. I really love that it has fennel, peppermint and ginger, just what I need for my belly all in one place.

Good!
I find that a lot of powder supplements typically do not taste the best and leave a chalky after taste, that was not the case with this powder from Hum. The flavor is really nice so it’s easy to drink and you don’t feel like you need to chug it just to get it out of the way. I would recommend using a milk/drink frother to make sure all the powder is broken up in your water, just using a straw will leave clumps. Great source of fiber, just beware that if your body isn’t used to that much fiber you will be running to the bathroom, use your own discretion and maybe space out your doses if you’re just starting. Curbs appetite and taste delicious! The only downside is the price of the product vs the amount of product you get. If you are taking this daily you’ll go through the bottle in a little over a week. Definitely recommend if you need a boost of fiber and something to feel full in the morning!
