I had high hopes for this product. As a busy Mom, exercise and the daily grind has not been enough to advert the typical weight gain for the over 40 year old range. ð I gained 10 pounds in the month that I have been taking this, so it definitely did not work for me. I was searching for an over-the-counter product to suppress my appetite. SMART WEIGHTOreally helped me to adjust my diet to lose a few pounds, but I didn’t expect that it would give me more energy! Fairly active. 2-3 mile walks and weights 6days a week. Used this as recommended and saw no change at all! No negative side effects, but nothing great! Was looking for a supplement to help kick start weight loss since Iâve been stuck for a few months

Only thing I changed in my routine, and it made a difference
t’s hard to tell if these types of products are actually working or not, because they are often combined with additional diet and exercise. But, I will say that in this case I had already been on a steady program for a couple of months without much to show for it. I switched to this thermo and did start to see some results. So it would seem that this product works over the other ones. It also doesn’t give the jitters or nausea some can.

It has come to my attention that every single one of these âenergy capsules â literally have the exact same ingredients. They may âtweak â the dosage here and there but itâs all the same. My advice, find the cheapest and run with it. But in this case it doesnât suppress my appetite, it is easy to swallow and does not give me the jitters. I hope this helps.
