The taste isnât so great, but I mix it with a zero calorie flavored drink mix. Iâm on a GLP so Iâve been constipated a little and this has definitely helped. Also helps with bloating. I would buy again, but next time Iâm going to try the lemon ginger flavor. I gave 4 stars due to the taste. But it can easily be masked.

Healthy gut and removed bloating.
10 out of 10!! I’ve taken laxatives supplements, metamucil, benefiber, and other supplements to help my gut. My gut doesn’t digest red meats as quick and end of bloated and constipated for up to 3 days. I started with the 15 pack. And I felt a difference within 3 days. I take it in the morning before breakfast as I’ve noticed it takes affect much quicker. And what’s amazing is that it does not give harsh sharp stomach pains or the runs, if you know what I mean. Im less bloated, I feel comfortable in my body and increases my enhances my trips to the restroom. It really is a relief. Happy customer!

Intense stomach bloating and painful cramps.
So much pain! I was excited to try this product, especially since it said it was gentle on the stomach, but after just one use it created sooo much bloating and intense stomach cramps that I was in sooo much pain almost the entire day. So, it was a waste of money since there are no returns, and I don’t want to give it to someone else in case they experienced the same pain I did. It’ll be straight in the trash with these. Def disappointed.
