Much needed!

Not easy
I found the instructions confusing. The wire to charge it up needed a connector, which I don’t think I have. I also thought I could use plain water. I wanted to return it, but there was no click for return to Kohl’s. I am 81 years old, so not very savvy with computer phone stuff. Also I read one review that said it was hard to clean and could cause an infection. I am going to throw it in the garbage.

Others may find this useful. I got about same result as when I held a hot steamy wash cloth to my eyes. I did get a little relief at first, but, it didn’t last more than 10 minutes. I figure I just wasted a few bucks.
