Precise Blood Pressure cuff
This BP cuff is fantastic! It fits larger wrists and can be adjusted for smaller ones as well. It’s quick, quiet, and very precise. The cuff comes with two batteries, so it’s ready to use right away. My mother loves it!

Great ð
Great unit at a moderate price. This was added as a supplement to my first aid kit. Much more reliable and easier than a cuff and stethoscope.

Cute Design but Completely Unreliable and Frustrating
This wrist cuff looks appealing at first glance, but thatâs where the positives end. The readings are all over the place, one minute my blood pressure is in a normal range, and five minutes later it says Iâm in a danger zone. I tested it multiple times, sitting still and following all the instructions, and it still gave inconsistent results every time. I even brought it with me to Walmart and compared readings to the free public ones at the pharmacy, and it was nowhere near accurate. The device seems to have no real way to calibrate or correct itself. For anyone who needs to track their blood pressure seriously, this is not a device you can rely on. It feels more like a toy than a health tool. Definitely not something Iâd recommend for real health monitoring. To make things worse, the batteries that came with it were completely dead, and even when I replaced them, the monitor still had trouble powering on consistently. Sometimes it would start and then shut down mid-read. Other times, it would just blink and never complete a test. I swapped out batteries three times thinking maybe I got a bad pack, but the issue continued. The instruction manual doesnât offer much troubleshooting help either. Itâs just frustrating to try and use something that doesnât work right out of the box. The strap also feels flimsy, and the display is difficult to read at certain angles. All in all, this felt like a waste of time and money.

almost a 5, but not quite
I was surprised there was no case, no way set a date and time and thought it strange that it has M1 and M2 but when I ran the first BP, it showed that first test in both M1 and M2 . . . I pressed M1 before doing the test, so I expected it to save only to M1 . . . other than that, it will take a few tests to see if it is accurate or not.Corrections: OK, I couldn’t read any part of the literature, but this morning I saw that it should have time and month, so I fiddled with it and found a setting . . . so that statement was obviously wrong. And, when I finished the morning blood test, I saw both memories blinking . . had to get up and turn light on to see what was flashing, then, instinct set in and I pushed M1 button . . . and blinking stopped. I thought it was supposed to have a backlight when read because I saw a picture that clearly looked like it had . . . I need it but since I can’t read the literature and have cataracts, I need a backlight . . . so?? who can I ask and for the same reason, need to know what hypertension and irregular pulse warnings look like because I do often have irregular pulse. Case problem isn’t solved yet as I leave it setting at the computer since I record all settings in a database for my doctor. it was a tight squeeze to get it into the old one’s case, but got it in until I can find one that it fits in.It’s the devil when you can’t see to read that tiny print, would hope for an online set of instructions for people like me. All in all, so far I really like the tool and would like to get one for both daughters and two grans-children, one is a Registered Nurse and one is a CNA, the other two kust need one, like me.IF I can find out how the hypertension alarms work and find out about a backlight, I will increase rating to a definite 5 stars!UPDATE: 10/22 returned because readings were high and battery cover kept coming off
