It Works SO Well!
I have been over, under and through the primer wars. None of the over half a dozen I’ve tried delivered on their dual promise: to minimize the appearance of pores and wrinkles, and to keep makeup firmly plastered to my face until I washed it off.All my previous primers did a halfway decent job as pore minimizers, but all failed utterly at keeping makeup in place all day. At best I’d get four hours of a “freshly made up” look before makeup melted away completely.The past year my go to has-been elf’s poreless putty primer, which I use on most of my combo face. I use elf’s matte primer on my nose and chin because those areas remain oily even at 62. Neither retains my makeup all day, but they were the best I could find (without paying a not so small fortune).I like elf’s products very much, especially their cc camo cream foundation and makeup misting & setting spray, and decided to give this new liquid primer of theirs a try. My expectations weren’t high.I am pleasantly gobsmacked, because *this* primer delivers beautifully on all counts! It’s the primer I’ve wanted my whole adult life. It does a superior job of masking pores and fine lines, firstly. But far more importantly: it keeps my makeup looking great all day long!It goes on a bit thick but I have no difficulty applying & spreading with my fingers so long as I work quickly. It sets up fast too, taking no more than a minute, and provides a nice smooth even canvas for foundation or blush. I didn’t notice much of an improvement in my skin’s appearance with the poreless putty primer but definitely see a big improvement in skin appearance and texture with the liquid primer. It’s the first primer I’ve found that seriously improves the appearance of my skin even without makeup.I have combo skin, and would say that this primer is very slightly on the matte side. It keeps the oil on my nose and chin at bay all day (which is epic) yet somehow softens my fine lines and subdues my pores without drying my skin. It’s bloody miraculous.It’s taken a lot of years and money, but I do believe I’ve finally found my Holy Grail of Primers!

decent pore concealer
This primer goes on smooth and clear. It does a decent job at concealing larger pores, but I think it could better. For the price point, it is a good value. Was packaged well and nothing leaked from the bottle during shipment process.

Amazing stuff!
I have never used a primer before and now I wish I had done this sooner! I haven’t put foundation over it yet as I find I like this primer more then I ever liked my foundation. As an aged woman make up just doesn’t look very good anymore but this primer does! It does not make my face look oily, it doesn’t looked like cake face, it stands up to all day wear, it holds up to hot day sweating, and it doesn’t rub off on my husband’s shirt when I hug him which he greatly appreciates LOL! This is very light weight and goes on easy.

BEST PRIMER EVER
This is the best primer I have ever used. It makes your skin for soooo smooth to then out on your foundation. A must have!! And elf is a great product and the price is the cherry on top!!

I was hoping I would like this primer, but after using it for a few weeks, itâs just not doing it for me. It goes on smooth and clear and It does an ok job at concealing larger pores, but I think it could better. For the price point, it is a good value. Great primer with color correction!
Love this! I ordered a couple different products and this is my favorite. It is really creamy and goes on smooth, only takes a small bit of product. Amazing color correction, sometimes don’t even need to continue on with foundation, etc. Even seems to smooth out wrinkles and I’m really OLD, just turned 77!

Covers up flaws and lasts all day.
I was skeptical at first, but tried it. It seems to dry fast so I wasnât sure how much to use. I went ahead and did my whole face like I do my other primers. Waited atleast 30 seconds and put on my normal foundation. Major difference! I felt like I had a filter on. I loved it. My makeup lasted all day. Buy this product. It is great.

Mon primer de pharmacie préféré. Il couvre bien les pores, sa texture est liquide, mais pas trop et rend le fond de teint encore plus joli sur la peau. Le tout pour un bon prix.
