If youâre buying this to lose weight, you might be disappointed. I havenât lost any while using this, but I have noticed a bit better motility. I appreciate that it uses mostly active forms of the b-vitamins (other than b6, which should be in the P5P form not pyroxidine) and that it contains both pre and probiotics, which help with proper seeding of the gut.When looking for a quality probiotic, you want to see both names of the strain in addition to the numbers afterwards – never just the names! Iâm happy to see that this one has that. It also contains a wide variety of strains with different benefits which I probably canât list here without putting my review at risk.Other than that, I appreciate that it doesnât contain any toxic excipients (additives, in the other ingredients section). Though it does contain some rice hulls, so be aware of that if you are on a grain free diet. Iâve been happy with the results Iâm getting in the bathroom as I generally have a tendency to get backed up and this has helped with that. I think itâs the planetarium strain in particular that can be beneficial for that purpose.Now if only I could lose some weight⦠Maybe that will come in time with the better motility.

Severe diarrhea
I only took this for two days, but that was all it took to basically act as a colonoscopy prep. People complain of bloating in some of the reviews, but I wouldâve been much happier with that⦠Thank goodness I was working from home when I started this, because I spent so much time in the bathroom. I guess I shouldâve assumed that these are non-returnable, but when you go into your orders, Amazon shows this as return eligible until the 30 day mark. When you go through the process, it just lands you at Dr. Kellyannâs contact information so you can do the return directly through them. But to do that, you have to pay for your own shipping, and then on top of that, they charge you a $9.95 processing fee. All this to make sure itâs not worth your while to return anything. Well, Mission accomplished, Dr. Kellyann⦠They are going straight in the garbage and I will never buy any of your products again.

Excellent Probiotics with Prebiotics
Dr. Kellyann’s products are really good. This probiotic weight management capsule meets my expectations of her products. I started taking this probiotic right away and glad I did.I am very used to taking probiotics, so I did not get any bloating. However, if you do not take probiotics, and you’re just starting, don’t be alarmed if you get a little bloating the first few days of taking this. What I noticed right away was better eliminations and a flatter stomach.I have not noticed any increase of energy or a change in my metabolism, but that can be because I already have a healthy diet that includes nearly everything that’s in this product, except the long list of probiotics, which is mainly what I went after this supplement for.The one thing I wasn’t a fan of was the B12. I have been working so hard to remove the copious amounts of B12 that is put in so many supplements. My B12 serum levels, often run borderline high, and as soon as I get them closer to the normal range by reducing my B12, I find a product it puts way too much B12 in it. This may be great for a vegan, but for people who are not begins, some of us just don’t need all of this B12.Another issue I had is that the ingredients were not shown in an image or in the description. I think transparency is incredibly important. Had I seen the B12, I may have had to rethink purchasing, but I may have also decided to go ahead and get it due to the wonderful array of probiotics and pre-biotics.My issue was that I wasn’t given a choice due to hiding the ingredients. That almost caused me to mark this product down a star, but a bad choice in how the product was listed really has very little to do with the quality of the product in this case. And the quality of this product is great. I would recommend it!

Like What Itâs Doing So Far
I wanted to wait a few weeks before reviewing this product but so far I really like the effects.This daily dietary supplement is a combination of many B vitamins in complex forms that are especially useful and beneficial such as Vitamin B3 (as Niacinamide) and Vitamin B12. B3 controls cholesterol levels and B12 is essential for fatty and amino acid breakdowns, so both are helpful for digestive and weight loss to some degree.Each capsule also has many probiotic variants of the bacteria Lactobacillus which also helps digestion. I did find I had less stomach aches and gas after using the recommended daily one capsule per day so I like what itâs doing to my digestive system so far.A comprehensive list of all the ingredients are on the box and there are 30 capsules which is enough for one month. This item is manufactured in the U.S. and the price is reasonable as well.I canât vouch if I lost any weight because of this supplement, but Iâll keep buying this product because of all the healthy ingredients.
