What type of battery.
This worked very well until we had to change the battery. The information on the type of battery is wrong. CR5 was recommended which is obviously the wrong size and not a button battery. What isthe correct battery number?

Good little meat thermometer for the price
Still using it years later! I love this thermometer. Turns off automatically or when you close the probe. The lettering has faded some, but I use it pretty frequently. Still haven’t had to change the battery, even though I forget to close it up all the time. I’ve dropped it several times, it hasn’t broken. And it’s magnetic, so it sticks to my hood vent. Worth every penny.
