It makes a difference.
I took a chance with this item and i am so glad i did. I know the name is well known with a good reputation but you never know . It was wonderful from the minute i put it on. It definitely makes a difference . Nothing is a miracle unless you have injections but this is a very good option. The more i used it the wrinkles around my mouth have become less noticeable. Smooths fine lines
I like this product. It does help a little to smooth fine lines. It does not lighten the discoloration above my upper lip though which is why I purchased it.

An Excellent Filler, YES! As a Treatment, NO miracles.
This product is an excellent filler! It’s the best I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried many. Dermelect is identified on the tube as a professional “treatment” for the lips. I used it everyday for several months hoping for lasting results. While my lip lines were softened almost immediately upon using this product, the results were always temporary. My dermatologist reviewed the ingredients and said there were nothing in the product capable of producing long lasting results in eliminating or dramatically reducing the appearance of lip lines. However, as a filler, this product is remarkable. I do have two tips about using it; squeeze the tube gently, otherwise, more cream than necessary for an application comes out and is wasted. Secondly….as it says in the product instructions…..do not rub the cream in to the skin….. PAT IT ON for the best results.

Effective!
This product definitely helped erase my annoying lipliner! It’s got a wonderful ceramic ball applicator which is so easy to use. It’s jam-packed full of special high quality ingredients that did their magic on my skin. I actually used it in a few other places on my face. I’m very happy and will definitely continue. Pricey but worth it!

A More Satisfying Product
This product was new to me, and I like it better than the one I had been using. It is less expensive, lighter in texture and content, and has a pleasant scent, none of which was true about the product I had been using previously.

Absolutely love this product, I am a smoker and have quite deep lines above my top lip. I have been using only a couple of days but it does actually make them less noticeable. Canât wait to see what they look like in a month. Tried so many products in the past from every price range. This is the only one I can honestly say is making a difference.
