This Works!
I have had perioral dermatitis and I use an RX cleanser to keep it at bay but sometimes it begins to flare and I thought I would try this. I used to get Aspexia, but they discontinued their sulfur products years ago. This works just as well if not better! I was shocked by how effective this was after only 1 use. I could absolutely tell the difference. I was also amazed by this formula. It is so silky and hydrating feeling and it doesn’t smell bad. There is a faint sulfur smell, but it is barely noticeable. This glides across skin like silk and feels so soothing, even on irritated skin. It easily washes off with no problems at all, and it is not drying at all. I am thrilled to have found this and I highly recommend it!

Works fast. Works good. Donât be scared to try. I was scared for years but I finally gave it a try and wow. Works on cystic acne, stubborn acne and I swear on my rough sun spot. Seller is fast and I recommend them. Item came sealed with a protective seal thingy not expired. This is my second time ordering. I noticed results fast like in a week. And what I mean is overall health of my face improved. I wash and dry my face and then slather it on for 10-20 minutes. I use an ampoule right after.

It works, but itâs too small
This is easily my favorite sulfur mask to use when Iâm on a budget! Itâs obviously very affordable in comparison to its competitors and counterparts when you do a little bit of research to find products that contain 10% sulfur.I know some people complain about this product being very drying, but as long as you follow it up with a moisturizer, I donât really see very many people having an issue with it unless you naturally just have very dry skin, which I do not.The formula is a little unexpected! When I first squeezed some out of the tube, itâs yellow in color. Anyone thatâs experience with sulfur products would probably be caught off guard by it at first because weâre used to sulfur being somewhere in the grey tones. So the yellow really sticks out at first. Then I noticed that itâs really thick and sticky. Itâs not a cream, lotion or anything similar. The consistency relates closer to an occlusive like Vaseline or Aquaphor. And of course, you probably donât need me to tell you it does stink. It is sulfur at the end of the day. It doesnât exactly have a pleasant aroma.In terms of application, you really only need a full finger-length of product to cover your entire face. You donât need much more than a middle fingerâs worth.My one and only serious complaint about the product, other than the inevitable smell, is the product size. 2.6 oz is really lame, frankly. I have to buy this stuff either in bulk or once a month. Itâs annoying. I wish it came in a bigger size. 5 oz feels like a more appropriate size. But I donât know much about business and packaging, so I wonât complain too much about it, but it does bother me.Formula is amazing!! Size is too small.If youâre acne prone, donât have seriously dry skin and on a budget, this is for you!

Worked initially, but then gave me more Acne!
I have been battling with fungal acne for a long time. It all started when I was taking antibiotics for acne. At first the antibiotics were working very well, and my acne was starting to subside, but after a few months on the antibiotics my skin started to get very bumpy and scaly all over. I had no idea what was going on and then when I went to the dermatologist, she prescribed me more antibiotics which just exacerbated the problem.I decided to take matters into my own hands, and after much research I decided on nizoral. It worked for awhile and calmed everything down, but the FA started to come back. Then after watching Dr. Dray on youtube (I just noticed this sounds just like dr dre), I decided to get this sulfur treatment since it is so cheap and I see the many positive reviews. It initially was working very well, and when I felt my forehead it actually felt very smooth after a few uses. I was on cloud nine because I found something the works and the fungus won’t develop a resistance to.but after awhile I started breaking out in more itchy red bumps. I think it might have given me contact dermititis becuase it is not as easy to wash off as you would think. Also, it smells really bad at first, but after using it for a week I didn’t really notice the smell. Anyways, after more research I found something else that has really calmed down my FA which is zinc pyrithione which was also recommened by Dr. Dray. After doing more research I think the perfect solution is Dr. Eddies’ Happy Cappy Shampoo which can be found here: https://amzn.to/37ULFi5.After a few weeks of using this solution, my bumps have greatly disappeared and it doesn’t burn and dry out my skin like the sulfur did.

The picture is with it on my face, itâs not super heavy or cakey. There was very little smell to it UNTIL you wash it off, not enough to deter me from using it but it is sulfur pungent; so donât go in expecting a floral perfume. I started using it to help with my rosacea and so far it seems to help some. The tube will last a good amount of time.I alternate my add ins so I donât use it every day, probably once a week.

Effective for Breakouts, but Too Harsh for Sensitive Skin
I used the De La Cruz Sulfur Ointment for about three months, based on my doctorâs recommendation. After just a few uses, I could tell my skin was becoming smoother, and the occasional whitehead breakouts I usually experienced were a lot less frequent.While it definitely helped reduce some of my acne, it ended up being too harsh for my very sensitive skin. The ointment has a strong smell, so I usually needed to wash my face afterward with an additional cleanser. Because of the double cleansing, my skin dried out more and became more reactive than usual.Overall, I think this is a great option for clearing up stubborn breakouts, especially for people whose skin isn’t already compromisedâbut it wasnât the right long-term solution for me.

I had tried it because I am already at witâs end with my lip eczema/ cheilitis. Iâve seen a video of a dermatologist recommending it thatâs why. had applied the product just for 10 minutes just once after receiving, it had a burning sensation then after 4 hrs i had a swollen and inflammed mouth. All i can say, not everything works for everyone. Trial and error is hard but i hope we all get healed. Not saying this product is not worth it, because some also did satisfying results.
