Fabulous results; easy to use; long lasting style. So glad I chose the smaller one; it’s very lightweight and easy to use, and the waves it creates are just the right size and shape for me. I am small with very thin fine hair. It takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to do all of my hair, and it lasts for days until it gets wet. Wish I had found this iron years ago!Heat control:This iron has several options, and the beep timer is very helpful. Curling irons, curling wands, etc. almost never hold in my hair. No matter how much hair spray! Iâve been able braid my hair while wet and undo it in the morning for waves and thatâs about it. I kept seeing this crimper on TikTok and had to give it a try.I like smaller waves and curls, so I bought the one inch waver. Itâs pretty okay to handle, but if you have weak joints, just be mindful of how you hold. Since I have fine, straight hair, I used the lowest heat setting of 280 and the 6 second setting. The auto shut off after 30 minutes is fine, but since I have a lot of long hair, I did have to turn it back on. It took me about an hour to do my whole head. Iâm sure as I get the hang of it, Iâll get faster. This crimper created such cute waves! They held up pretty well overnight too. I just touched up any straightened up parts of my hair in the morning in less than 25 minutes and my hair looks great.Definitely follow the heat suggestionsâI feel like if I went warmer, it couldâve fried my hair. 280 was perfect. So smells or anything. Also, make sure you hold it completely closed the entire x amount of seconds or it wonât beep when itâs time to release.

Quick, painless, and affordable!
Took me 20 mins ish to do my hair. Itâs medium length and thick straight hair. I used some heat protectant spray and started on the lowest heat setting and lowest timer just to test it. The timer automatically starts once the crimper shuts. It worked great! I turned up a bit for the heat and timer. I love how quick it was. I didnât burn myself at all. My arms arenât tired. I stopped halfway through to do my daughterâs hair bc she couldnât wait. When I set it down for a few mins and came back to it, it had auto shut off which is a great feature!

Great Results with a gentle touch
I’m very happy with this wave maker! It creates beautiful waves quickly and easily, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I use it on a lower heat setting and usually don’t leave it on my hair for the full 4 secondsâjust to avoid any risk of damage. I do think it could burn hair if left too long on a high setting, so I definitely recommend starting with the lower heat and adjusting as needed.For reference, my hair is naturally fluffy and reaches about the middle of my back, and this tool works great for me. Itâs fast, easy to use, and gives me the waves I want without a lot of effort. Highly recommend!

Love the waves but there are some drawbacks
I do love this product & I love the waves it creates on my hair. The instructions do say to use it on fairly straight hair but the waves donât hold unless Iâve washed my hair right before I use this. When I wash my hair & blow dry it at night then try to use it the next morning, the waves donât hold as well. My hair is fairly thick & coarse so it takes way longer than any of the instructional videos Iâve seen. I have to separate my hair in at least 10 sections so it takes 20 minutes or so. Like I said, I do love this product as long as I use it right after washing & drying & it also takes a long time. I would probably buy this again just based on how much I like the waves it gives me.

Perfect for “beach wavy” hair
This crimper/waver tool is very easy to use and makes some very beautiful wavy hair. From straight hair to waves, it took me less than a half hour. What is nice is that my hair retains some of the waves through to the next morning so that I can just do some additional “touch ups.” What I like about this crimper is the digital display, it heats up VERY fast, and beeps when ready. I guess my only “cons” would be that this crimper is very difficult to use on my shorter hair that surrounds my face (didn’t have that issue with my last crimper), and I don’t know that I would really label this tool as a crimper. It really just produces waves.

Iâm super impressed with this beach wave curler! It arrived safely, well-packaged with zero damage. I went with the 1.25 inch option, which is pretty bigâgreat for longer hair like mine, but I wouldnât necessarily recommend it for shorter styles just because of how wide the barrel is.What blew me away is how wicked fast it heats upâseriously, it hits full temperature in under 2 minutes, which is the fastest Iâve ever seen with any curler. Itâs really easy to turn on and operate, though the technique takes a little getting used to. With a bit of practice, though, the results are amazing.Now Iâm really curious to try the 1 inch versionâseems like it would be perfect for travel, and maybe even a better fit for shorter hair. Overall, this is a high-quality tool that delivers beautiful, effortless waves. Definitely recommend!
