I’m giving this nail e-file drill and UV light combo a solid 4.5 stars, though I’ll round up to 5 because it’s truly my favorite nail tool. I got this in the beautiful purple, shimmering metallic. was in the market for both an e-file and a curing light, and after some serious thought, I surprisingly went with this one. I usually wouldn’t consider a drill without knowing its RPMs (rotations per minute) and torque, both of which are crucial. RPMs dictate speed, and torque determines how much pressure it can handle before slowing down or stopping. Higher torque means it can power through more pressure without bogging down.Despite the lack of those specs, I was really drawn to its unique features. It has a UV LED light on the end opposite the drill, which is super handy, and another LED light right by the drill bit for better visibility in dim areas, but 5 speeds and a forward and backward rotation option. The dust cover is another great, often-overlooked feature.It comes with the replacement sanding bands, both fine and coarse, and a ceramic bit that makes quick work of thick polygel, even if there’s a bit of vibration, which is to be expected. I’ve used it for a full set already, and I’ve had no issues with overheating. I only charged it once when it arrived, and the battery life is impressive. Charging speed is about average.What really blows me away is how fast the UV LED light cures polygel and gel polish â much quicker than any other lamp I’ve owned. Being able to focus the light on one nail at a time also helps me perfect each one. The drill itself feels light yet solid and well-made.Having all these features in one tool makes doing my nails so much easier and more fun. I’d definitely buy this again without hesitation. While my old drill had 35 speeds up to 35,000 RPMs, this one has 5 good speeds, and honestly, I rarely go above 20,000 RPMs on my nails anyway, but it would be nice to have lower speeds and more speed selection, though not a complaint, as this factor is so insignificant to the overall performance and experience of using this product, but thatâs why it got 4.5 and rounded to 5.

Works well once you figure out the long push vs short push. It wonât turn on unless you press and hold it for a second. Itâs nice and slim. Makes it easier to hold. It charges fast with a C to C USB connection. Itâs also held the charge better than I expected. Some others have slowed down before I could finish one hand. It has variable speed but low is a little faster than I âd like. Comes with a variety of tips (though I only use about 3 consistently). Iâm pleased with this purchase. Really speeds up my mani and pedi.

This is the best cordless nail tool. The UV light dries nails fast. All the accessories work great, it comes with a little booklet and tells you what each piece does. Has 5 speeds and battery life is long. Super easy to change out pieces. So glad I purchased this, I love it.

Iâve used this nail drill set several times nowâfor both hands and feetâand Iâm genuinely impressed. Itâs very lightweight but has great power. The battery lasts a long time, and the multiple speed settings give you a lot of control. It comes with a wide variety of drill bits, so it’s easy to choose the right one for each area.I bought it to do my own manicures at home and save time, and it has exceeded my expectations. The results are much cleaner and more professional-looking. I also really like that it can reach deeper areas around the nails where a regular clipper or cuticle tool often struggles. I donât have to worry about accidental cuts like I do with scissors or nippers.For pedicures, I used one of the medium-strength bits because my toenails are harder, and it worked great. It smoothed out uneven areas quickly and reached the corners with no problem. I also love that it can rotate in both directions, which is super helpful when using it with my non-dominant hand.My only wish is that it came with a small pouch or case to store everything neatly and keep it protected. Buttons stick and canât even use
I hate leaving bad reviews but Iâm highly disappointed by this drill. I was excited at first to get this because itâs pretty affordable but it broke before I even got to use it. And what sucks even more is it stopped working 5 days after my return window closed. All I got to do when I initially unboxed it was test out the buttons and see how it all worked. Then when I pulled it out to actually use it The power button just stuck inside and will not come out. So it turns on and the other buttons work but since the button sticks down it shuts off on me after a few seconds. I cannot un stick it as Ive tried. Now Iâm left with a brand new drill I canât even use & Iâm just out the money. So just beware if you get this the buttons might stick and it wonât even function properly.Â
