Great for oral surgery recovery
I was hesitant to buy this after some reviews about it not getting hot enough. This thing got me through my wisdom teeth extraction. I had a tooth lodge sideways in my jar and recovery was awful. I needed heat therapy and this thing was amazing. It has a low, med, high, temp setting on it and a timer as well. Yes it might not be hot to touch but if youâre wearing it and remove it you can definitely tell the heat was there. I would recommend it to anyone have dental work.

Overall, Iâm very pleased with this product. It does what it intends and is easy to use. My only complaint is that it doesnât get hot enough, but thatâs probably for safety reasons. Definitely helps my neck and jaw pain.

Surprisingly Amazing for Wisdom Teeth Recovery!
Okay, Iâll be honestâI wasnât sure if a heating pad for my jaw was really necessary when I got my wisdom teeth out, but I am SO glad I had it. This little lifesaver made my recovery way smoother than I ever expected. I barely had any pain the whole time, and I healed within a week!From the moment I started using it, I could tell it was making a difference. The gentle heat felt amazing and helped reduce that stiff, achy feeling in my jaw. Plus, it kept the swelling down, which I think sped up my healing process. I never had that awful throbbing pain that people always warn you aboutâI was just chilling, super comfortable, and healing like a champ.What I also loved was how comfortable and easy it was to use. It wraps perfectly around your face and stays in place, so I wasnât stuck awkwardly holding an ice pack to my jaw for hours. Really had high hopes for this product because I have awful TMJ and heat really does help. Item arrived quickly, packaging of the item was very nice and instructions for use were very clear. Followed instructions for connecting the USB cord to the adapter and plugged it into the outlet. Started on the lowest setting and after 15 minutes had no noticeable heat. Tried medium heat and after 15 minutes, barely hit 90 degrees. Bumped up to the highest setting and even after 20 minutes, it had only reached 94.6 degrees…not even body temperature. I tried looking at the troubleshooting section in the instructions but I was already doing everything it said to do. I tried a different outlet just in case it was the wall outlet I used but still – nothing – this time only reaching 92 degrees on high. Very disappointed because this looked so promising.

Face warmer, skip if you need actual heat
It does not get that hot. I had it on the highest setting (of 3) and after 30 minutes it was still what I would only consider warm. My husband wasnât surprised because he said it only draws 10 watts of power, so buyer beware. Also, the description skims over it, but the cord ends in a rectangular USB and they provide a wall converter, so I should have known.
