My likes:- it works really well, even through a leather belt- it gets hot, I know everyoneâs threshold of heat is different, but I believe the advertised high heat is accurate.- You can sit against this pad, which helps apply even more heat to your affected area. In my case, my lower back. Generally I have to reduce heat to medium or low with pressure while sitting on my couch or chair..-It is super easy to put on and take off-Iâm 43 inches around the middle at the belly button. I do not need the extender thereâs 4 to 5 inches left with the main belt. The extender looks super easy to use as well..- I donât use the massager very much, but I can see where it can help stimulate blood flow to therapeutically help the affected area faster.- iâve been suffering from lower back, muscle spasms on both sides of my spine about belt height due to degenerative disc and sciatic nerve pain. The heat from this belt eliminates those muscle spasms and soothes the area wonderfully.- The portability of this belt is awesome. It fits great inside my work backpack. I wear it at work, I wear it at home, I wear it shopping or a long walk, I wear it golfing. I wear it while driving. Iâm buying 2 more to have as a spare, and leave one at work . I wished I wouldâve bought something like this a long time ago.- I like the automatic shut off. The 15 to 20 minute heat therapy is about right for me and I donât have to worry about accidentally leaving it on.- it heats up within 3 minutes. If that seems like a long time, itâs not..- Service is awesome. I had an initial question about battery charging/function and I received a response within 10 minutes. My follow up questions were answered very quick as well.What are my dislikes?None!Buy it!Really glad I did, and Iâm buying 2 more.OK, maybe one small nit pick . But it really has nothing to do with quality of the product per se. I wish the battery was 10,000 mah or larger. I let the temp go to high and then back it off to medium or low..Speaking of battery, The great thing with this belt versus some other belts that use proprietary battery connections, you can buy a 10,000 to 20,000 mah 5v 2amp rechargeable battery pack on Amazon for under 20 bucks. That should easily provide you with all day heat therapy..Sorry for rambling on, but I like to let people know when a product works and the service is great.!

Miracle helper for debilitating period pain – purchased 11 months ago
This has truly saved me when it comes to my period. I have cramps so bad that I can’t walk. That isn’t an exaggeration, I truly cannot walk even with help because my cramps are so bad. Just starting with this in case someone thinks “oh sure maybe if you have baby cramps it works.” Also, I have a big stomach. With the expandable strap, this fits perfectly and the heat and massage is enough to get through the stomach fat to my muscles and uterus. Between this heating pad, all the OTC pain relievers on the market, and a gummy, I can actually get through my day now. By far the heating pad is the most important component.I make sure to charge the power source the day before my period starts. I will say that if you use it continuously it does need to be recharged about every 4 to 5 hours. That’s with me having it on heat and massage both the whole time (yes, not recommended but if you have pain like I do then you know how it is.) Since it’s just a power bank, you may be able to plug in a different one as a backup but I haven’t tried it. (Edit: I tried it with a power bank and it worked! I now keep a backup at all times!) Even the lowest setting can make my skin really hot (it’s that powerful), so I always wear thick sweat pants and a long shirt so I have multiple layers of fabric between my body and the heat source.There are other heating pads that you can strap on your body that are smaller and aren’t noticeable under clothing. This is not that. Those ones weren’t big enough for me and weren’t powerful enough either. This is a heavy duty one that I wear on top of clothing while working from home. If you’re worried about aesthetics, this is not the right choice for you. But if you have pain as bad as I do, I suspect you won’t care and will simply do anything for pain relief. If that’s what you want then I can’t recommend this enough!Edit: it’s been nearly a year now and still going strong! Works just as well as ever and I now keep a backup power bank so when one dies I just throw it on the charger and plug in the other one. This heating pad gave me back the week that my period used to steal from me and I will forever sing its praises!

I am amending my review. The seller contacted me and sent me a replacement belt. They did not have to do that , and it was much appreciated by me. When this product is working , it is great, gives my back much needed pain relief. The heat feels good, as well as the different vibration levels. It has helped tremendously with easing pain(June, 2024 I ordered this in Dec last year, but did not use it until a month ago. Well, it worked for several weeks and now it is dead in the water. I will fully charge the battery, but the connections must be bad because it won’t turn on, even though the battery is fully charged. DO NOT BUY!!! It worked great WHEN it worked.)

Pretty powerful. Donât lean back too hard or will slow down motor and drain battery quicker. Hits pressure points and works out deep muscle knots. The heat is a benefit and easy to control.

I’d give it 6 stars if I could!!!!!! I use it for the heat. After 30 minutes it turns off but the neoprene material holds the heat for a long time. Just turn it back on when you want. Sometimes I wear it very low, sometimes high for my mid-back. I don’t really use the vibrating setting, it’s a bit noisy to use at my work desk but my Mom loves the vibration (she has the same belt and loves it, I bought mine after trying hers). I’ve taken it camping and it was nice to wear on chilly nights as a bit of extra warmth. My friends were jealous haha!

The battery pack is just awful it doesnât last long at all. Charging takes 6 hours and even on the lowest heat setting this doesnât last more than a couple hours. The belt heat however is surprisingly good. Hot enough on the lowest setting that if it is on direct skin and you are leaning on it then much more would burn so thatâs great heat. The vibration is quite nice but it is loud for public use. But overall with another battery pack this does give good heat and vibration. For the price Iâm pretty annoyed with the cheap rubbish battery pack.
