Pain level dropped 5 points after 1st 20 minute session of useing this.
Ive been at least a 7 out of 10 on the pain scale for years with my knees! Injections, pain pills, cant sleep due to pain in knees. I used this the 1st night, felt much less pain right after the 20 minutes. That was just pushing the button on the device. The next day, I used the app and the infra red combo vibration at level 3 and 2. So far, my pain level is down…way down! Why did I wait years for this? None of my doctors offered this up in all my years of constant pain. Im thinking the doctors dont want anyone to know these options are out there! This one is cheaper than most, I wonder if theres a difference other than price comparing a 39 dollar one to a 159 dollar one???

Not sure if its actually helping with my torn meniscus, haven’t had it long enough to tell. What I can say is the warmth is nice and eases the ache. However the battery is horrible. It doesn’t hold a charge but for a few uses. And you can’t charge and use it at the same time. Seems like a poor design, I’m surprised it made it out of testing and into production.Update. Seller refunded purchase. Still a bad design though.

Better Than Expected
I wasn’t expecting much with this item but I was pleasantly surprised. I have a lot of issues with me knees and figured if it would heat and vibrate a little I could find a use for it. It actually heats my knee quite nicely AND lasts a decent amount of time before I need to recharge. If you are just looking for something to vibrate your knee a bit and give it some nice penetrating heat I would recommend it.

Itâs too early to know if the red light therapy works or not. But I am not finding any relief from the massaging feature, nor do I find it heats up my knee. I also donât like that it forces me to bend my knee to use it. I think there are better options for the red light treatment.
