St. Johns Wort (In this) not for me
I got this to help with my sleep and was very impressed with all the ingredients in this. Most of them I am very familiar with but a couple I had not taken. And one of them was St. Johns Wort. It caused me to experience ‘Serotonin Syndrome’ because it does not work well with MAO inhibitors like the selegiline/deprenyl I take ( for longevity). It also does not work well with SSRI’s (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) supposedly. If you are familiar with the grapefruit juice effect on certain medications then that is pretty much what happened. And the results were me being wide eyed bushy tailed super alert and on guard. So yeahh the opposite of what you would want. The good news is this will probably help 99% of most people wanting great sleep IMO. I am very impressed with all the other ingredients and very happy to see a brand that supports veterans. Even though this obviously will not benefit me,, I can’t give less than 4 stars on this all things considered ! Good Luck and Hope this was Helpful !

Better quality sleep
Like many people, my ability to get a deep, refreshing sleep has declined over the years. I’ve tried over the counter sleep aids, but they either leave me feeling doped up and sluggish during the day, or they don’t work at all. And I’m reluctant to try prescription meds, since the side effects are often pretty drastic.I was a little skeptical about using a “natural” sleep aid, but believed it was worth a try. I have to say that I’m very pleased with the results. The first time I tried this product, I could feel a sense of relaxation after about 30 minutes. I then fell asleep, and according to my fitness tracker, got in over an hour of deep sleep. I woke up feeling refreshed and without any brain fog. I tried it a second night, and achieved much longer sleep time (8 hours vs. my normal 6 1/2) as well as more deep sleep.This product doesn’t knock you out, but it is gently relaxing and helps you to “turn off your brain.” It’s easy to take (2 capsules only), and has no lingering effects in the morning. This product is definitely worth trying if you have a hard time getting a good night’s sleep.

Better than just melatonin
I normally take melatonin to help fall asleep when I’m traveling (which is a lot). These give me the melatonin dose of the normal pills or gummies I take, but add in a bunch of other good stuff on top of that. They seem to work well and I haven’t had any issues falling asleep while taking them. They are easy to swallow, but I don’t normally have problems swallowing pills anyway. I can’t say it’s helped me manage stress at all, but I feel less stress when I get a good night’s sleep, so I guess the claim isn’t baseless. Overall, these are a great option and have been working well.

Helps me stay asleep
I always have to get up during the middle of the night to use the bathroom and a lot of times getting back to sleep is difficult. While taking these, I have no trouble falling back to sleep after waking up to use the bathroom. I wake up feeling well rested.
