I like the videos for each session in the 28 day challenge. However, I wish that it would be in an app that you could keep on your phone instead of having to revisit the QR code.

Video tutorials included, well thatâs what it said anyway, ð¤ reason Iâm giving this order a solid 1 is there is no video. Thatâs the reason I ordered this one.Very disappointed.

I purchased this book to extend my exercise programme. I am 75 and do a strength for life class and a reformer Pilates class weekly. I showed this book to my trainers and they told me what exercises were not suitable for me. I easily completed the 28 day challenge and now include a 25 minute chair yoga for belly fat daily.
