Great for your skin barrier
My skin has been loving this . I have a very dry, compromised skin barrier and i put this on after the shower on wet skin and follow with a barrier cream after it soaks in. It doesnât irritate my skin and it doesnât make me flush. Noticeable difference after a few days .

Best product Iâve ever purchased.
I have never found a single product that has helped to repair my very dry skin. This includes treatments form dermatologists that never worked. And I mean never in my entire life. I have a cupboard full of stuff, even Including other cetaphil products Iâve tried with no luck. Trust me, Iâve tried everything. Nothing worked and tbh I didnât expect this to work either. Well, Iâm nearly in tears writing this but for the first time in my life I have soft hydrated skin! Itâs not flaky and sloughing off under my makeup. Hands down this is the best skin product Iâve ever purchased in my life and itâs not even close.
