Works better than melatonin?
Thatâs what my eleven year old said.And itâs ok for him to take it every night.He has always had trouble sleeping, since he was a baby, and last year I started using melatonin most nights to help him sleep. His doctor said melatonin hasnât been well studied in children, and while occasional use is ok, she didnât think it was good for him to use it consistently.She said magnesium helps some kids.I was skeptical, but I did some research and decided on these magnesium glycinate gummies.After I bought them, and my child started taking them, I noticed he fell asleep quickly. He likes the taste too. He even said they work BETTER than melatonin.So heâs sleeping better and I donât have to worry about it causing health issues. In fact, magnesium is good for brain health and nerve and muscle function, so it has additional benefits – not just sleep.I did worry a bit about the third party testing after reading that some companies say they use it, but donât really. The customer service rep responded quickly when I shared my concern, and sent me a copy of the third party testing report.They also took care of me by sending me new gummies right away when I had an issue with the seal on one bottle.Overall, Iâm incredibly impressed by the product and the customer service so far.I highly recommend giving these a try if your child struggles with sleeping or relaxing at night.
