These worked the last time, though the formula changed now
I tried to buy the same product I had before, the Carlyle Liposomal Vitamin D3 5000 iu, but they weren’t available. The Liposomal caps worked to keep my vD levels in the good range, this I know by testing results. Not sure if these will do the same, and won’t know until November when I get tested again. Will report back, when I find out for sure!Updated: Yes, these also are keeping my vitamin D levels in the green (good) mid range, so I am happy with this Carlysle product once again. And I will continue to buy as long as the price remains stable and my blood work results keep coming back in the normal range. At least I am doing something right for a change, and a 71 year old! I take one twice a day, 12 hours apart. Good luck and health to you!

Good deal for vitamin D supplements. Very tiny soft gels are easy to swallow. No smell or taste.

Great value
We take the 5000 IU D3 as we tend to deficiencies if we dont. Always best to ask your Dr first, and have the blood test. These softgels are economical. The Carlyle company is a good, trusted one. The pills are tiny and easy to swallow, and keeps us at optimum 70 to 80 on our blood tests. They can be had in various strengths so choose the right one for you.
