I guess I can’t say it’s the probiotic for sure, but I will say I have had a dramatic decrease in digestive issues since I started taking these. I only take 1 a day, with a meal. My previous digestive issues used to rule my life, but I hardly think of them any more.

Less calories than half a cup of yogurt
While current research suggests probiotics are not as effective for anti-aging and wellness backed against consumer studies, for the average overweight person I disagree. When you are overweight, your gut health suffers and certain biofilms created by other single cell organisms such as yeast prevent nutrients from being properly absorbed. So if your body needs an extra vitamin due to poor absorption, do you take the extra vitamin? The answer is you should, and taking some extra probiotics to aid indigestion without the calories should help a person. Super fit people in good health may not see any additional benefit.
