Good probiotic
These seem to work great. My only complaint is if I put them in my daily pill pack, somehow they attract ants. If I take them from the bottle, separately, no ants.

Refrigerate after opening
Iâm disappointed that these have to be refrigerated after opening. I prefer to put my medications in a 7-day pill dispenser.
