No complaints. I would highly recommend genuine Canon toner. I tried a highly rated generic brand once with terrible results. It is puzzling how a product garners five stars unless my experience is quite unique. Anyway, the genuine Canon brand works perfectly and I’m willing to pay extra because I need the printed results to look professional.

CANON GROUPING HARD TO FIND
I like to use CANON products, but it is difficult to find a set of black and all the colors with the word CANON on the box. I am doomed to buy one that I previously purchased that worked well with my laser printer. Hopefully it will continue.

Just get Canon
We have tried the after market offerings and the results are really mixed with print quality and longevity. The stock canon seems to last almost double the print volume plus the newest toner is chipped so ink levels are accurate. Just stick with Canon.

DO NOT ORDER! Does not Work!!!
I ordered it when I got the message from my printer that it was getting low. Here we are trying to install it, and the printer is recognizing the cartridge, but it is not printing. Having this issue with both the yellow, magenta, and cyan toner cartridges. I have tried everything, and since I am outside the return window, I am stuck with $350 worth of defective cartridges that don’t work. I will not order from Amazon. I tried contacting both Amazon and Canon, as listed on the order return information, and have gotten nowhere. I will definitely not be ordering these cartridges through Amazon in the future!
