Seem to help our nervous Pyr
Our elderly Great Pyr is not a fan of loud events in all forms, so we use calming chews for things like storms and fireworks. These seem to work as well as the other brands we have tried, so takes them without issue and they do seem to help over doing nothing. The dosing is similar so same value to us as other brands as well, giant breeds use more of everything. Overall ok.

They work great and really do help my dog stay calm!
The calming chews are around 1/2 inch in size and they are soft, so they work well for dogs with only a few teeth since you can easily break the bites into small pieces to make it easier for the dog to eat. They have an interesting smell but not a bad smell just different.The print on the canister is hard to read so you canât see how many chews for the size of dog but you can take a picture of it and zoom in which helps. I gave my 8.5 pound dog a half a chew, my 25 pound dog 1 chew and my 75 pound 1 chew and surprisingly they still worked exceptionally well. My 25 pound dog has a lot of anxiety and these do help keep her from being so nervous. They work great for calming her during fireworks and thunder storms.I have nothing but positive experiences with these calming bites and they work great, so I do recommend them!

Dont buy!
For my dog these made her very hyper for the first hour then it was like she was tranquilized, don’t recommend. Threw them out after a few tries.

Not sure about how effective this one is
I recently got a new puppy and some days I feel like I may have accidentally got a Tasmanian devil instead. She is either asleep or bouncing around like a crazy dog. I work from home and I don’t want to leave her locked up all day but her energy bounding around is extremely distracting. Not to mention the fact that one of her favorite things to do is to bite me and her tiny little teeth really hurt. Someone suggested getting something that might help calm her down a little bit so of course I turned to Amazon. I came across this product and I liked the ingredients it contains. They are the same herbals in the teas I drink in the evening that are supposed to be for relaxation. I figured that if they help people relax then it might be just what I needed to try with her. She eats them readily enough, but I have yet to notice any calming effect they have on her. She weighs less than 10 lb, so 1 chew is the appropriate dose for her size. I gave the product four stars because it has a great ingredient list, but since I don’t notice any change in my puppy, I’m not able to give it five stars.

Did not work for my dogs
These are ineffective did nothing for my dogs. They liked the taste but then my dogs will eat anything. I tried these for 2 days and still they are just as hyper as without them. The other this is itâs hard to read the label. I had to take a picture with my phone and then zoom in so I could see how many to give according to their weight. To me these are just an overpriced dog treat so I could not in good conscience recommend.

They work!!
These work SO well for my dogs. My Pitties are especially hyper when I have to leave the house, and giving them a dose of these chews really makes it much easier for me to actually get out of the house. No other calming chews I’ve tried have worked this well on them. They may work for my other dogs, but it takes a lot to calm down an excited Pit bull. Even my smallest pup will actually take them, and he usually hates any kind of supplement. If you have dogs that can’t be tamed, give these a try. They’re doing wonders for my pack.

Middle ground on if these even help
We recently got a rescue puppy and he has a lot of anxiety and destructive habits. I figured these may help as it had been suggested to try some calming treats/chews so why not these? Well I started off giving him one the first few nights and hoped it helped with his crying and destructive chewing. Well we lost a few blankets and towels due to his destructive chewing and so about day 4 we went to three and there wasn’t a single change over the next few nights and even going to 4 of them or double the dose didn’t effect the dog. Maybe his anxiety might have been higher and these helped but I just can’t say they’ve done anything for our puppy but maybe they will work for you if you’ve got nothing else left to try.
