Calm by The Absorption Company has quickly become a daily ritual I look forward to. The watermelon lemonade flavor is surprisingly refreshingânot too sweet or artificial. Within 30 minutes, I feel a noticeable calm wash over me, like the feeling you get after a good yoga session or a cozy cup of tea. Itâs perfect for winding down after a long day. Mid-Afternoon AHHHHH in a glass ð
The typical “earthy” taste of other Ashwaganda is mysteriously missing in the best of ways, instead it’s got a citrus flavor that gives it a little zip, likely from the ingredient: lemon juice. With two kids under 4, I thought the adrenaline spikes were simply something that I’d get used to. It turns out, that drinking this is super effective for calming that “oh no!” feeling. It turns out, I’ve still got the ability to focus as long as I sip on this regularly. While I have a pantry of different supplements – this is one of the more affordable ones I’ve found in powder form that truly is filled with ingredients that make drinking it as my mid-afternooon slump mocktail enjoyable.

Not a serious product, cavity inducing, influencer kid-created… just, NO.
I seriously regret buying this. Not only is it more expensive than competitors, it’s also just really bad tasting, has actual tooth-rotting sugar in it (there are other ways of getting endorphins going folks) and a saccharine-tasting Stevia in it, and worst of all just look at the photo of the people who came up with this conconction. How are we supposed to take anyone who looks like that seriously? She’s got a muffin in her mouth and he needs a shower and is holding a barbell while trying to look sultry and yet carefree in the kitchen. Though they have past careers as actors, they look like trust-fund kids just out of highschool in their first co-ed dorm. I’m so yucked out I just can’t. I had high hopes, but after tasting it and doing further research I’m feeling scammed. Not a serious health product, cavity inducing, with the grown adult co-founders pretending to be influencer kids… just, NO. Where’s the actual research : None. Don’t waste your money, buy less expensive products from good competitors who have real traditional and modern medical research to back up the product.

Packaging opened upon arrival
I was so excited for this product and I would still recommend trying it. I downgraded to 3 stars because the packaging was open when I received it. I didnât return it because none of the individual sticks was missing. The taste is okay, better than I was expecting. I love the nutrients in it and how refueling it is for the body.

Loaded with Sugar
These products are loaded with sugar. Very disappointing and you canât return them. Why would I want to drink 3 grams of added sugar right before bed? Lame. Had so much promise.
