Very soothing
I have the exact opposite skin type of those who usually seek out milky toners (oily and relatively durable) but I recently over exfoliated a little and wanted to try it. The soothing and hydrating effects are immediate. It has some body but feels lightweight, and it’s almost cooling on skin that’s a little mad. It provides lots of glow but not in a greasy or wet way. Lovely product at a very good price (AND cute packaging).

Nice, But Not as Milky as I Hoped
Iâve been really into hydrating, milky toners lately (think: thicker, cushiony textures), so I picked up the Byoma Milky Toner hoping it would give that ultra-soft, bouncy skin feel. Itâs goodâbut not quite what I imagined.The texture is lightly milky, but not rich or creamy like some other milky toners Iâve tried (like the Isntree Yam Root or even the Round Lab Dokdo one). It absorbs fast and layers well with other products, so itâs definitely beginner-friendly and wonât pill under serums or SPF.That said, if youâre looking for that super glowy, moisturizing first step in your routine, this might feel a bit too light. I feel like itâs more of a hydrating water-toner with a hint of softness than a true âmilky essence.âBut I will say: it didnât irritate my skin at all, and I love that Byoma focuses on barrier-supporting ingredients.
