I’m not sure what made me land on this specific brand, but I needed to raise my Vitamin D levels and I knew that K2 was important as well. I’ve been taking this supplement for about a year and my Vitamin D levels have increased steadily from 20 to 50. So it’s definitely working!

Someone suggested this to me for my insomnia. It helps tremendously! Melatonin did nothing for me. This worked. I have immuno issues and end up taking prednisone a lot. This was the first time in a very long time I did not wake up at least every hour!

I have tried several different brands abd doses over a few years. I was taking 10,000 IU per day of another brand made from Lanolin (many are) over a long period of time and I still had low vitamin D. Within 2 weeks of taking these 5,000 IU daily my vitamin D went up to a normal level! I love that Vitamin K is combined as it is essential to supplement with Vit K when taking Vit D. Warning, this dose is too high for most people to take daily (I have a leaky gut), so only take as often as your Dr recommends or take a lower dose.
