Great Sunscreen
This sunscreen is a new favorite in our house! It goes on smoothly without feeling greasy or heavy, and best of allâit actually works. We spent hours outside and no one got sunburned. Itâs gentle enough for my toddlerâs sensitive skin and doesnât cause any breakouts for me either. I also love that it doesnât have that overwhelming âsunscreen smellâ some brands do. Absorbs quickly and leaves little to no white cast. Definitely keeping this stocked for the rest of the summer!

Better than other mineral sunscreens I’ve tried, will buy again
I have a lot of allergies, including fragrance and acrylates, so have to wear mineral sunscreens whether I like it or not. So far this one has been my favorite for efficacy and how it feels to wear. I accept that mineral sunscreens are likely going to need lots of rubbing in and leave a kind of oily and/or white film on skin, so I give myself a lot of time to rub this sunscreen in and let it “dry” while getting ready. As the day goes on, it soaks into my skin and the mild filmy feeling goes away, which does not happen with other mineral sunscreens I have tried. No noticeable white cast after initial rubbing in (I am very fair though). No weird smell which I love, and doesn’t make my skin break out. Have not worn in the pool yet but when my skin gets wet while wearing this, water beads up and rolls off which makes me feel like it’s pretty water resistant. Would probably be hard to get kids to wear as it takes a long time and some pressure to rub in, can’t even get my husband to try it lol

DEFINITELY for sensitive skin!I have tried MANY different brands of sunscreen over many years, including ones that are made by the “big” name brands that claimed to be hypoallergenic, etc. and they all irritated my skin literally 5 minutes after putting them on. I recently got free samples of a very expensive sunscreen from my dermatologist that was supposed to be for sensitive skin and it irritated my skin right away after I put it on.Blue Lizard is the ONLY sunscreen I have ever tried that did not irritate my skin AT ALL and protected me from the sun when I wore it. It leaves a slight color on your skin but not much and it’s not really noticeable.The price is really great and it is a wonderful product! Highly recommend this sunscreen!

It turned me into a white boy
This stuff is very good. It blocks the sun and stays on even when I sweat. I haven’t used this at the beach or the pool side yet. I bet the waterproofing aspect is above par. it’s also thick so when it’s applied to my dark skin, it makes my face super light in color. I have to rub and rub, and rub to get the color to balance out and even then, my face looks lighter in color and my face stubbles look white. It works well, though.

It took me years to finally like a mineral sumscreem
It took me soooooo many years to find a mineral sunscreen that I could confidently wear without crazy white cast before I started using this one! Iâm allergic to chemical sunscreen I have no choice and have gone many days in the sun without bc I hate white cast so much and Iâd rather just sit in the shade or wear a hat or other. Anyway, Iâve tried plenty of mineral sunscreens so Iâm unfortunately well versed from all the failures Iâve tried. Blue lizards consistency is lotion-y enough that it gives you grace to rub it in and build in spots you miss. It has no smell!!! it doesnât feel thick and nasty after itâs rubbed in and it doesnât make me feel (as) icky after wearing it all over all day. Admittedly I probably use less than what might be required/recommended but Iâm not fair skinned so I think Iâll survive. Iâm willing to do it thought bc I hate the look of white case so much (aesthetics win I fear). I wear this on my face and body. Got me through Mexican sun, plenty of lake days, and more without any burns. The bottle design is also really nice, itâs nice and small but also not tiny, I used it a lot this summer and I still have some! I like the fact it turns purple under the suns UV to remind u to wear it and itâs reef safe yay!To keep up with everyday face use under make up and for use even when Iâm not âout in the sunâ I still notice some slight white cast but maybe thatâs because Iâm quite anal about it. Either way itâs the best Iâve found for someone with tan/brown skin and Iâve tried soooo many other brands, CeraVe, First Aid Beauty, Cetaphil, Thinksport, neutropenia, good molecules (this one is pretty good but expensive to use on the body since itâs such a tiny bottle, same case w FAB) and countless others and this is the only one I will recommend to someone looking for a good mineral sunscreen. Plus if you want it to blend better (a tip w any mineral) use body oil or moisturize before for better glide and ease to rub into the skin.

Did some research on non toxic sunscreen. Found this to be highly rated and recommended for great protection. It goes on thick but itâs worth the extra time to make sure you are protected. It also makes it easy to see where you have missed. Our family did not suffer from sunburn on our 8 day cruise to the Caribbean where the sunâs rays can be harsh. Highly recommend!

He probado otros bloqueadores solares pero no me gustaron tanto, o eran demasiado grasientos o no protegÃan. En la lista de ewg 2019 sunscreen, blue lizard se valora con un 1, la mejor nota posible porque no tiene ingredientes nocivos. Tiene base de zinc, se aplica con facilidad y no deja manchas blancas. Sin olor. El bote cambia de color con la radiación.Por decir algo negativo – cantidad es poca y el precio demasiado elevado. Para unas vacaciones en la playa calcula un bote por persona
