The talking function can be turned off. Whew.
I hate the voice, I’m so glad after 30 days I found the booklet and turned it off. I one thousand percent love it now. I can carry it in to my dr and they can see what i see at home. When i go to my dr my blood pressure gets higher for white coat syndrome. Traumatized by a surgery at age 2 i donât even remember. I donât even feel fear there. It just happens. Anyways she can now reduce my blood pressure meds based on the athome readings being 88/59 even though it is 128/98 in her office. Now the dizziness will go away as it gets back to my normal 110/75 I’m used to.

Accurate reading.
I was having trouble with my blood pressure, so I decided to buy this to use at work since it’s not so bulky. I love how small it is that it conveniently fits in my desk. I also like how I can just take my blood pressure discreetly while at work without getting a big machine out. I decided to take to my doctor to see how accurate of it a reading it had. It was spot on,even they wanted to know the name of it and where I got it.

It works really well and I don’t have any problems with it. I needed it for virtual doctors appointments that I do every month. My doctor likes how it says the reading out loud so that she can hear it.

Very simple to use blood pressure monitor
I really like using this blood pressure monitor. Itâs pretty light weight, but with excellent build quality. And the rechargeable battery lasts a long time. Iâve gotten over a hundred readings off of one charge. As a reminder, if you plan on using the date & time feature (for the memory feature), leave the unit switched to on and just use the power button on the face of the unit to switch it off & on. If you switch it to off on the side of the unit, you will have to redo the date & time when you switch it back to the on position. That could become a hassle. The battery life doesnât seem to be affected by keeping the unit switched to on full time. The readings donât take very long. Youâll get your blood pressure reading in under 45 seconds. And the display is easy to read in a lit area. Very simple!One last useful tip: To get the most accurate reading possible, you should hold your wrist at the same height as your heart. So what I do is bend my elbow and bring my wrist that has the monitor on it to my chest where my heart is, then bring my arm away from my chest a couple of inches and hold it there until the reading is complete. I get consistent results this way. I hope this helps someone out there!

Numbers all over the place
Yes, this is a simple blood pressure monitor, but after several days use, I came to not trust it. My blood pressure at my last 3 doctor’s visits were between 150-155 consistently, and as a heart attack/triple bypass survivor last year, my doctor didn’t like that it was so high despite being on BP medication twice a day. I was told to buy a monitor and monitor for the next 2 weeks. She would send in a change to up my BP medicine and see how the numbers change over that time. Well, it’s been 3 days with this machine. My very first reading was so perfectly normal (116/77) that I was pleased. I asked my husband if he wanted to check his as well even though he wears a smart watch, so he said, sure. I switched to User 2. He did 3 readings and his were all over the place. His first was 219/109, the second was 190/100, the last was again over 200. He then checked it with his smart watch’s function, and it read 130/80. That was the first huh moment for me with this device. Ever since then, the readings have wildly fluctuated each time to the point that I don’t trust the readings I’m now getting. I’m sitting around the house reading a book, and take a reading, and it’s 189. 2 minutes later it’s 154. Switch wrists and it’s 170. Wait another few minutes and it’s 148. Check one last time to see if that’s accurate so I can write it in the log I’m supposed to be keeping and it’s back at 178. The only consistent number is the pulse rate with each reading. At the doctor’s office they checked it twice, and it was consistently 150 both times over the 15 minutes between readings, not jumping 30 or 40 plus points between a reading. Maybe it’s user error as I’ve never owned one of these before, but I can read and comprehend what I read just fine, and I’m sitting exactly like the drawing and putting it exactly an inch down the wrist each time. My one thought is I don’t know if the cuff is too tight or too loose when I put it on. It’s as snug as I can make it but I’m petite with small wrists, and I don’t know if even as snug as I’m making it, that it’s not quite snug enough?
