This Might Have Fixed Me
I’m almost through one bottle now, and although the weight is not instantly flying off, this makes my appetite like it used to be – where I sometimes forget to eat. There are different probiotics for different conditions, and this one doesn’t help with constipation, so I take a different one at night. Yes, that costs more – so I only take one of these when the dosage is two, but it’s still worked such wonders that I will beg, borrow or steal to afford this. The bloat and abdominal pain are just…gone. Blessedly gone. My stomach feels and looks flatter. That makes me want to do situps to keep the effect going. I started taking Vitamin B drops at the same time so I’m not sure what is responsible, but something made my reflux all but disappear. I feel renewed and repaired.

I think this is a miracle.
I’m on my second month of Bioma and I’m so stunned. I’m not going to tell you I lost weight or it has curbed cravings. I haven’t even checked my weight and I still crave things from time to time. But that isn’t the major claim with Bioma. Their claim is it helps with digestion and with bloat and pain associated with digestion and the gut. I was so skeptical of their ads. But after seeing them 100+ times (playing games), I figured I’d try it. I went to Amazon first because I didn’t want to get stuck dealing with the companies website and having trouble cancelling should I need too (recently been there done that with another company).Some background. About 15 years ago my digestion changed drastically. It was like everything slowed down to a crawl and eating meant pain, anxiety and worry. My stomach was always upset. I was in and out of the bathroom (TMI). I could feel food in my system that had not digested properly and discovered I couldn’t handle some foods because of this issue. I tried a probiotic that helped but was discontinued after a few years. And then I tried all kinds of things. Cutting out foods, special probiotic strains, only taking them every other day. But most probiotics just made everything awful and then I’d have an not so great moment and I’d pray it wasn’t somewhere I couldn’t just deal with it. Bloating. Constipation. Diarrhea. Gas. A constant cycle. And the doctors told me it is IBS and I’d just have to deal. And I don’t want drugs. I want a solution. And more water didn’t really help.So I tried Bioma. Their ad talked about the slow digestion and metabolism. Sounded just like me.I’m always skeptical of directions too. So many supplements say take 2 pills with every meal or take a pill 3 times a day. I always start slow because sometimes I have adverse reactions. With Bioma, I started 1 pill in the morning. I felt better but by the evening some discomfort. So 1 in the morning and the afternoon. Still wasn’t ideal. So this was when I had the bright idea to FOLLOW the directions. LOLNo looking back. I still have some discomfort occasionally but it is usually lasts a few moments and goes away. But my digestion has been a miracle. I am not worrying constantly about if there is a bathroom nearby. My stomach handles foods much better than it used too. I don’t feel bloated. I’ve had the gas issue a little but no where near as bad. I’m hoping that is going to continue to resolve because I feel like it works.I’m always worried how a supplement will affect my stomach. But this one has helped me so much! Life just seem easier and I believe Bioma it the reason. It does what they are claiming. IBS will more than likely always cross the wires in my brain that tell me something is off but I’m less worried eat food in public will send me into the bathroom for 45 minutes. I have been able to just function. Just live and not worry my stomach is going to betray me.God bless Bioma! I’m going to continue using it.

Giving it more time
I’ve been taking this for 4 months now and in the beginning everything was great. Now I feel it’s not working as well as I would like. I’m still giving it some time because nothing works over night. I can say it does help with your appetite.

Stick with cheaper brands itâs not worth it
Did 30 days. I bought it because I was ready for a probiotic. I have IBS and 2-3 times a year I need a gut boost probiotic and it was time so I tried this one because of all the other claims it had with it.The claims it makesDigestive helpâ¦.meh. It did ok I suppose, especially at first, but nothing that any other much cheaper probiotic couldnât do.Increased Energy: not at all. Saw no difference hereWeight Management: not at all. In fact I gained 3 lbs while using it! I had no sugar craving reductions and no appetite suppression at all with it.Itâs quite expensive, so for me it does the same as anything you could buy at your local Target or pharmacy and pay 1/3 the price, so Iâll stick with the Target brands.****update**** apparently the company read this review nd offered a full refund. I will say that was very nice and customer service would get 5 star! But the review is for the product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Hoping this would work.I was diagnosed several years ago with a rare metabolism disorder and was told by drs weight loss would be impossible. I accepted that but always hoped Iâd find something other than GLP-1 shots. I purchased thru Amazon because I did not want to get locked into a subscription you couldnât cancel like most sites offer. So I paid more to test the product. I have taken probiotics for 10 years so was familiar with them.Now the results, Bioma says it can take up to 90 days to see results so I really didnât expect much. I marked on my calendar when I started taking them. Took every morning with 8 oz glass of water before breakfast. A couple days in not feeling much change except food was not my focus. Like for some reason this makes me not even think about eating between meals. Iâm usually a late night snacker and have been for years. Here I am 8 days in and have no desire for night time snacks. None! It really is kinda freaking me out. And the benefit is Iâm down 6.5 lbs. I have purposely not changed my eating. I eat what I want when I want. And my sweet tooth is gone and for the first time ever if I crave anything itâs fruit. So, does it work? For me yes. I am glad I didnât buy off the website and again Iâll pay more not to get caught up in their marketing plan. I highly recommend think before buying off the website and try it for 30 days. Everybody is different and as a HUGE skeptic Iâm pleasantly surprised. Although a probiotic is usually for gut health I read in one review that it helps with metabolism issues and for me thatâs what I was hoping to get from the product.
