This berberine supplement combines berberine, magnesium glycinate, and Ceylon cinnamon in one easy-to-take tablet. Iâve had no issues at all with the pill size or taste. It’s about the size of a typical multivitamin and goes down easily. Itâs a quality product, and I love that Iâm getting all three supplements in one instead of having to buy and take them separately. I love that this Berberine has 1500 mg of Berberine with a full serving of Magnesium Glycine and Ceylon Cinnamon. This is a truly powerful combination. Taste will make you gag
Bought the pills after seeing a really good review on a FB group, tried them for a week even tho it felt like choking everytime I took them. They curve nothing, just a sales gimmick and the taste is horrible. Ended up tossing them, dont waste your money or time

Iâm trying it for a second month⦠will update
UPDATE: I stopped taking it because it did not do anything for me! Ok first of all, the pills are HUGE so if you have a problem swallowing large pills this is a hard no. But I have no problem swallowing them. Secondly, they have a TERRIBLE bitter aftertaste but if you swallow fast and add a chaser of some sort youâll be fine. Iâm trying them for a second month because YES they DO seem to decrease my appetite and make me feel less hungry! Iâve had no side effects whatsoever. I have good energy and am sleeping better, but Iâm not sure if itâs from these. The fact that Iâm never hungry anymore and rarely have cravings keeps me taking them. I will try to update later.

So I just bought this product for the first time and I am absolutely obsessed with it. It curves, my food and sugar cravings so much and makes me not hungry during the day. I also love that itâs natural because I donât like taking a lot of prescriptions. I would definitely recommend this to anybody trying to lose weight or reduce their food cravings! I take two of them after a meal. Not on an empty stomach.
