Soy diabetico, la empecé a tomar y estoy esperando a ver resultados a largo plazo, pues este tipo de suplementos, no, se ven los residuos a corto plazo.Algo que note, es que la tomo por la mañana y me mantiene más alerta, me quita lo adormilado, manejo rumbo al trabajo 30 min y voy alerta y sin sueño, este es uno de sus efectos, aunque creo no tiene que ver pero es lo que he observado.

I really wanted to like this superfoods berberine supplement, but unfortunately, it didnât make any difference for me. I took it regularly as recommended, hoping to see improvements in my blood sugar levels and overall energy, but after weeks of use, I noticed absolutely no changes.The capsules were easy to swallow, and the packaging was fine, but thatâs really the only positive I can mention. In terms of actual resultsânothing. No improvement in digestion, no boost in energy, no difference in appetite or metabolism. It just felt like I was taking something for no reason.For the price, I expected at least some small benefits, but sadly this supplement did not work for me at all. Everyoneâs body is different, but based on my experience, I wouldnât buy it again or recommend it. Definitely disappointed.
