Pills are huge
Not sure about the efficiency of the pills, but the requirement to take 4 on an empty stomach is difficult because the pills are huge and feel like they stick in my throat. I think I may have wasted my dollars because they are so difficult to swallow, and I take lots of supplements, but these are too much. Sorry.

Couldn’t take these long enough to see if they work
I was really hoping this supplement would work, I thought that taking it for 2-3 months would be a good test to see if anything changed. Unfortunately for me, whatever is in these did not agree with my digestive system at all. Taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning (per the instructions on the bottle) within 30-45 minutes of consumption I got an ache in my stomach/upper abdomen that felt like extreme hunger – like I hadn’t eaten in a couple of days. I didn’t feel hungry, I just had this awful ache that felt like a hole in my stomach. It stayed that way most of the day. Next day, tried again, same thing. After getting the same on my third attempt I gave up. These are hitting the trash.
