Reliable and affordable multivitamin after bariatric surgery
These multivitamins have made a big difference in simplifying my routine after having gastric sleeve surgery. I used to take two or three separate pills to get the right nutrients, and now I only need one moderate-sized capsule a day. Thatâs been a big help.Iâve been taking these for almost three years now and my bloodwork has stayed strong the whole time. The added iron is great too. I do take a separate calcium supplement since you canât take calcium at the same time as some of the vitamins in a multivitamin. But thatâs normal with bariatric guidelines and easy to work around.It took me a little time after surgery to be able to swallow the capsule, but once I could, Iâve had no problems. I just make sure to take it with food. If I take it on an empty stomach, I get really nauseous, so Iâve made it part of my breakfast routine and that works well.My cousin ended up with severe anemia after she stopped taking her vitamins, so I take it seriously. Iâll be on these for life and thatâs fine with me.This brand has the best price for the amount of vitamins I need, and itâs also what my surgeon recommends. If youâre looking for a one-a-day bariatric vitamin that keeps things simple, this one has worked really well for me.

Gentle and effective
This vitamin has done wonders for my hair loss. I’ve been struggling for years and since taking this vitamin, I’ve noticed less hair falls out and it looks fuller and thicker. I’ve The also noticed that I’ve been more energetic since taking it. This vitamin is very gentle on my stomach, it doesn’t have an after taste or cause cramping. I’ve tried liquid vitamins that don’t taste very pleasant and other brands that cause stomach cramping, constipation or funny aftertaste. I’m super glad I tried it out because it has really made a difference for me.

These Bariatric Vitamins Are Actually Good (And Not Crazy Expensive!)
I have to take special vitamins after my weight loss surgery, and let me tell you – these ones are awesome! I was paying way more for other brands before, but these work just as good for a fraction of the price.What I really like is that you only have to take one a day. They don’t upset my stomach either, which is a big deal because some vitamins can really make you feel sick. These go down easy and don’t give me any problems. And they’ve got all the iron and other stuff my doctor says I need.

Surprisingly Effective and Affordable
I was hesitant to try these at first because they were so inexpensive compared to the ones my surgery center recommended. But I figured, why not give them a shot? Iâm so glad I did! They go down easily, donât upset my stomach (as long as I take them with food), and most importantlyâmy lab results have been perfect every time. That tells me theyâre doing exactly what theyâre supposed to. Iâve been taking them consistently for three years now and couldnât be happier.The only drawback is they do have a bit of an aftertasteâbut honestly, thatâs pretty common with most vitamins. Still totally worth it for the quality and price.Highly recommend!
