Small Note to begin with: This BackBadger Mini is a compact handle for your massage gun that will extend your normal arm reach behind your back. Are you having neck or back pain but are alone or canât afford a massage or chiropractic care? This tool, combined with your massage gun, will help give you the relief you need and deserve. For someone who has daily, chronic pain, I can personally say that daily pain is no joke. No one should have to deal with that. This is a game changer for me. I can finally help those hard to reach areas! It can reach your cervical area, trapezius muscle plus you can buy an add-on extension handle to reach even lower areas on your back like your lumbar area. Thatâs next on my list to get because my back has issues in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar areas. If thereâs a spinal disk, bone, muscle or nerve, my back hurts there. Iâve used it every other day or every third since Iâve received it, because I need a day or two to recover or else I may cause more trouble than Iâm actually helping. Iâve done that in the past and have learned that my body needs a day to recover and to heal from the deep tissue massage and Iâve actually caused more knots by using it too much. Find what your body can tolerate but donât overdo it. This is invaluable to me by being able to reach so many more areas than I could possibly have imagined before. I can really feel the knots around my spine get relaxed and my range of movements gets better with each use. Since I have permanent damage, I know that Iâll never be without pain, but if I can help myself without having to leave my house? Iâll happily take that any day. This product was really well designed for personal use and uses its own design to create tension on the massage gun. This isnât just for your back – use it on your arms, legs, glutes..wherever you feel uncomfortable or tightness or discomfort. Keep your body limber and massage the areas that need attention. This is a great device to have if you own a massage gun. It allows easy use on oneself. It’s extremely sturdy and well made. It took me a little while to figure out how to get my massage gun locked into it, and there was some time spent getting it just right. Those belts that lock it in are impressive, they really hold tight. I was able to use it with a traditional shaped massage gun, and a cylindrical shaped one, and they both fit snugly. There’s not too much vibration, and the size is just right for doing your own back. I am really glad I found this, now I can use my massage guns on my back anytime, without depending on someone else to do it. It might seem a bit expensive but I think it’s worth it, it really is high quality and works great!

Works Really Well
This is a great extension for almost nay massage gun and really well thought out. It is packaged well kind of like the frustration free packaging. The bar is held onto the box with velcro and then the connector part is in an extra cardboard box. Super easy to put together.The main shaft part is hollow metal with the end being plastic and rubber coated plastic. It works well to grib the massage gun and help it be secure and feels great in my hands. They include a lot of information on how to use it with an instruction booklet with pixtures, QR codes on the box, etc. so you have lots of options and they do a good job explaining things.You place the straps around the handle of your massage gun, loop straps around and connect in the plastic ends on the extender, then push down to lock them in. The part that holds the handle is rubber coated as well as the part that you hold when fastening and the part the straps rest against. Which adds some grip to everything to hold it in place. My massage gun has a rubber wrapped handle so it did very well when all connected.I’m tall and felt this extension was the right size to reach everywhere on my back either from the top or from the sides. I am not sure the extra extension part that is sold separately is really needed unless you have mobility restrictions. It works well overall and the massage gun stays in place.Overall a great option to expand your massage gun reach.

Additionally, while the concept is great, it might take a bit of practice to get the positioning just right.âOverall, it’s a useful tool for self-massage, but it may not be a perfect fit for everyone. If you’re looking for a way to reach those hard-to-get areas without assistance, it’s worth considering, but be prepared for a bit of trial and error.â

Works fairly well but does add weight and is very hefty
The massage gun holder was a bit difficult to use as it just seemed like a weird contraption to me but after reviewing the listing image a bit, I was eventually able to figure it out. I do use a theragun and other forms of massage guns but due to the triangular shape of the theragun, it does get a little difficult to reach certain spots on my back because of how large the massager actually is. After strapping it onto this contraption, it does feel hefty in the hand and holding it can be a bit of a pain but reaching the spots on my back have gotten significantly easier. The holder itself is very sturdy and well built and can hold many different styles of massagers.
