Effective for Me
This seems to be highly effective in making me fall asleep. Iâm not sure if the sleep I get is any deeper throughout, but it definitely helps me in the initial falling asleep portion of the night. The taste of this is strong and I do not recommend drinking it right out of the little packet thing it comes in. It tastes good with a full glass of water. The dosage is easy since it comes in individual packets. I am impressed with the effectiveness of this product and would recommend it.

Believe the Hype!
I was really, really, really skeptical about this stuff. I have tried to melatonin, which has varying results for me at times. I have tried over the counter sleep aids, which are the worst because the last till the next day, making extremely difficult to wake up and keep me groggy most of the day. I decided to give this a try and I really didn’t expect much. However, a few minutes after taking the recommended dose, which is really small, I began to feel the most soothing, calming feeling as I started drifting off to sleep while watching TV. I was really amazed by the feeling it induced and how ell it worked. I truly did have a deep sleep without waking up. The next day, I felt no ill effects. In fact, I felt invigorated and had a bit more pep in my step because of it. I began to even wonder if maybe it wasn’t the Aurora and that I was actually more tired that night than I realized. So, I tried it again and had the same experience. This stuff works great! It is a bit pricey but it really does work!Highly Recommended!

The individual dosage packs are wonderful. You don’t have to worry about measuring anything, they good to throw in your overnight bag etc. The ingredients list is great, and they are non-GMO, gluten free, sugar free … Maybe add some though as they taste terrible though lol. I see stevia on the list of ingredients but cannot taste sweetness. They seem to help with sleep but the taste is unpleasant so not sure I’ll buy some more.
