As I Am is a brand Iâve trusted for years, and this Bond Oil did not disappoint. Itâs lightweight but nourishing, and my damaged curls are already feeling softer, smoother, and way more manageable after just a few uses.I love that itâs made with moringa, amla, and ceramides. You can really tell itâs working to repair and strengthen your hair, not just coat it. This stuff is THICK. I use very little and warm it between my hands before applying. I use it only as a pre blowout/iron oil and not much bc it can get greasy quick. Honestly do not suggest for thin hair. I have coarse curly hair thatâs damaged on the ends. Itâs helped smooth it out and give it a shiny sleek look. If I use it after, like a finishing oil, it makes my hair look heavy and feel greasy.Â

LOVE AsIAm!!
I have been a fan of AsIAm for a very long time now. I have their co-washes, their medicated co-wash, the smoothing gel, and several other products for natural hair styles. I have long curly hair which tends to run dry so I can only wash once a week. I usually put in my product and let it air dry, then flat iron later. This oil is wonderful. A little goes a long way and it’s pretty thick so start small and experiment to see how much you need. Definitely recommend for level 4 curly girls, level 3 might use a little less. It even smells good (but then again all their products smell terrific). I had no idea they had a bonding oil but I am here for it.

UNBELIEVABLE. Iâve bought my fair share of oils. This one is different. Iâll try my best to explain.Itâs kind of sticky, but not in a way that is gross, more so in a way that makes it stick to your hair. It isnât GREASY, really. It really helps with frizz. You have to brush it or comb it through several times to make sure the product spreads as it should, but it feels ⦠clean? Not oily/greasy, even though itâs clearly an oil. Itâs so hard to explain.It smells good. The scent has stayed in my hair for over a day now. It makes my hair more durable. Itâs so functional. A little goes a long way. I love this and I will buy more when I run out, which often isnât true for me, so thatâs saying a lot!!

Since I have straight hair, I followed those instructions and put it on the length of my hair and left it for a few hours.Washing it out took a few shampoos but did leave my hair silky and feeling good. I also used the moisturizing mask and spray water. I would say the texture is probaby softer and stronger, but I’m also traveling and experiencing many different climates and feeing like I want to wash my hair more often for many reasons.
