Quality product
Over the last 25 years I have tried many brands of fish oil, but this brand is by far the best as of yet. Not strange smell or taste, and the pills are easily swallowed despite their size. I feel these have been making my hair and skin look better.Animal supplements are great and I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Whether youâre an athlete, use it for brain health or want to lower your cholesterol, it works!I would recommend this product to anyone, whether you are working out & trying to stay in shape or not. Anyone that has cholesterol issues, this is the product you need. Trust me, Iâve tried many, and this is top of the line. My blood work shows it.I have a genetic mutation on one of my genes that makes it so that I cannot take statins to lower my cholesterol. The problem with cholesterol medication is that it lowers your good cholesterol as well. I have been taking this product for years now. I tried other Omega 3 products & was always left with either heartburn or a fishy taste.This product comes in the proper proportions & has a pill that helps to quickly dissolve it to get into your system. I take one pack daily & my blood work always shows that I have the cholesterol that you would expect to see from an Olympic athlete (according to my doctor) – I do try to eat healthy as well. I also talked to a psychiatrist & my former college professor in nutrition/biology, and asked them if fish oils actually worked for your brain health, or if that was just a myth. I was told by both of them that they do, but not for most people because they donât take enough. You have to take around 4000mg a day in order for there to be any effects & most people donât take but half of that, or even less. Guess what? Animal Pak Omega gives you 4000mg a day of omega 3 & calculated out 2500mg of omega 6 is the proper calculations for them to work the best in conjunction with each other for optimal health.Bottom line: I would recommend this product to anyone, whether you are working out & trying to stay in shape or not. I ordered Animal (Omega. Flex, Greens) I overall like that they come in convenient dosage packs. The Cost is probably comparable if slightly better than what I was spending on individual bottles of supplements. The only thing I wish these individual packs had, was a perforated tear open strip.
