I have been using Ancient Nutrition products for over a year and if there is one product on the market that delivers on their promises it’s their collegen products.Ancient Nutrition promises to promote hair, nail and gut health and my nails have never been longer or stronger and my hair hasn’t been this thick since I was a kid. Not only do I have thicker hair but the quality of my hair has changed, I went from having frizzy unruly hair, no matter what product I used to turn frizz into curls, but my hair is full of body and straight. Not stringy straight, full body straight.I no longer have any stomach aches after I eat so I can only surmise that my gut health has improved as well. These products come flavored but I prefer the non-flavored version to mix into my morning smoothie where I also add their Super Greens powder, Collustrum (Lemon Bar is my preferred flavor) and Pure Bone Protein.Ancient Nutrition powdered productions are almost a fine silt and blend easily. I was worried that my use of all of these products to rely on for all my nutritional needs was going to give me a poor report on my next fasting blood test. Instead it did the opposite. All of my blood levels were on target and any deficiencies I was experiencing vanished like the wind.If you are thinking about improving your health and have worries about thinning hair or nails that either won’t grow long or easily break, I recommend Ancient Nutritions College products.

I was already taking collagen peptides in the capsule form, which are not fun to swallow.When I have stopped taking them for a couple weeks or so, I will notice ridges grow up from my nails during those particular time frames, when I haven’t always been consistent.I had only been taking 2 capsules instead of the 3 or 4 the directions called for, because I’d either forget to take them, and I was also trying to spead them out, to last me longer.However, collagen peptides have always helped to keep my nails stronger, and without taking them, they’ll become thin and break easily.I was recently told by someone whom I trust, that the powder form is much better for absorbing and healthier for me.I want to be more consistent, and I ordered two, to also start having my husband add it to his morning coffee, as he does not like taking anything in pill form if he doesn’t have to.Plus, this powder form makes it so much easier for us to remember taking it consistently, by only adding one scoop daily into our coffee or tea every morning.After about a week now, he claims it has made his joints feel better.He also has more energy, which I can attest to.This could either be a placebo effect on him, or it is truly working, which is a plus for us.I do feel this multi-collagen protein powder has already made a difference and improvements towards our health.I would highly recommend this, and I hope it will always be available.

The product took about 3 weeks to be delivered.Looks genuine and I’ve started using it for general health and skin. Only sad part is that it cost 3 times as much as from US. I wish they would plan a way to make it better.
