Ancient Nutrition Lives up to their Promises
I have been using Ancient Nutrition products for over a year and if there is one product on the market that delivers on their promises it’s their collegen products.Ancient Nutrition promises to promote hair, nail and gut health and my nails have never been longer or stronger and my hair hasn’t been this thick since I was a kid. Not only do I have thicker hair but the quality of my hair has changed, I went from having frizzy unruly hair, no matter what product I used to turn frizz into curls, but my hair is full of body and straight. Not stringy straight, full body straight.I no longer have any stomach aches after I eat so I can only surmise that my gut health has improved as well. These products come flavored but I prefer the non-flavored version to mix into my morning smoothie where I also add their Super Greens powder, Collustrum (Lemon Bar is my preferred flavor) and Pure Bone Protein.Ancient Nutrition powdered productions are almost a fine silt and blend easily. I was worried that my use of all of these products to rely on for all my nutritional needs was going to give me a poor report on my next fasting blood test. Instead it did the opposite. All of my blood levels were on target and any deficiencies I was experiencing vanished like the wind.If you are thinking about improving your health and have worries about thinning hair or nails that either won’t grow long or easily break, I recommend Ancient Nutritions College products.

Noticeable Results and Great Taste!
Iâve really enjoyed using the Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein. The flavor is mild, not overpowering or unpleasant like some other collagen powders Iâve tried. I usually mix it into my morning coffee or smoothies and it blends in easily without clumping. After a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed my skin looking more refreshed and my joints feeling a bit better too. The ingredient list is clean and it feels like a quality product. Light and refreshing
Good flavor with a single scoop in 16oz of cold water. Mixed easily in a shaker cup. Prefect for rehydration after a workout with a little protien to kick start muscle recovery. Nails and hair are noticeably stronger after 1 month the rest will take a bit longer for results but this is a great variety of collagen types in a single product. Strawberry lemonade.

Take it everyday and has helped with hair growth and strong nails too. Gives me energy and donât feel those aches n pains due to menopause. It has no flavor so can be added to any drink!

Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen
Been using Ancient Nutrition for 6 years. It was recommended after a stomach operation. I just mix a spoon full of multi collagen with my morning coffee. Easy to use and no taste to it in my coffee. I also see a benefit from better digestion.

Positive results after one week
This product is silky smooth, mixes well into coffee, and the unflavored variety is nearly undetectable. After 7 days, I can say that the benefits are showing up in increased nail growth and less stomach bloat after eating.

La vdd sà siento cambio al consumir este producto. Empecé a ingerirlo porque después de correr (en caminadora) me duelen las articulaciones al flexionar la rodilla. El colágeno me ha ayudado a sentir poco o nulo dolor después de correr.
