great quality heavy cream
great qualityi used this to make creme fraiche which i turned into cultured butter. youâd think that with something like butter the flavour of the dairy really shows – and itâs delicious!also whipped up some for regular use on dessert – makes a delicious luscious silky whipped cream! great value as well- double the size of the tiny pints you get in the supermarket. would buy again

We make butter mostly and some whipped cream from these. When this is nearing expiration the price goes on sale and thatâs when we buy this in bulk. We make our butter and freeze it until we are ready to use it. Tastes great and is great quality. I use it in my bread recipes when itâs made into butter.

Works Well in the Recipes I’ve Tried – Has a Few Additives that Doesn’t Affect Flavor
The Happy Belly Heavy Whipping Cream is a good heavy cream to add to your coffee, baked goods, creamy soups, and other recipes. The cream has a good neutral flavor and when whipped was light and fluffy. I also tried the cream in a fresh scone recipe as well as a cheddar biscuit and it yielded a pleasantly tender crumb. While I like this cream, I wasn’t very happy to see stabilizers and other ingredients included in the ingredients list. I’m not sure why the additional ingredients were included and am guessing that the cream is lower quality and needs it to make it creamier. I will likely stick with purchasing Clover heavy whipping cream as it only contains heavy cream and is higher in milkfat. This is purely preference, so if you’re okay with the additives, I will say the Happy Belly cream tastes just fine. It’s a decent quality cream at a budget friendly price.

The ingredients in this heavy cream are just as expected. It has a very thick texture and the taste is also as expected in comparison to the price for a quart of heavy cream in the grocery store. This is a great price!
